If a clinic is offered more than once per week, a separate, additional registration is required. Price listed per clinic is for the entire semester of classes, not cost per week. Clinics that have not met the minimum enrollment requirements as of 11:59 p.m., Sunday, January 30 will be canceled and refunds or transfers will be issued. Participants will be notified via email for any class changes or cancellations. MARTIAL ARTS Mon. 6:15-7:15 p.m. Studio B Tai Chi Tai Chi uses yang-style 24 form as moving meditation. Tai Chi Chuan offers practitioners techniques useful in promoting relaxation, strength, balance, flexibility, and healing. It incorporates slow-motion movements to balance and strengthen the body while the mental concepts calm the emotions and reduce stress. Tues. 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Martial Arts Studio Hapkido Thurs. 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Martial Arts Studio Hapkido is a Korean art of self-defense that promotes physical and mental well-being. It combines meditation with defensive and attacking skills like joint locks, grappling, punches, and kicks.

Studio B Studio B Practice the strong, energetic, rhythmic footwork and gestures of African dance while learning the history and customs behind the movements. Experience the art and culture of African dance. Thurs. 6-7 p.m. Studio B Belly Dance Sat. 1-2 p.m. Aerobic/Dance Studio Belly Dance is comprised of the traditional dances of North Africa and the Middle East. Known for its graceful hip drops, rolls, and pivots, this dance form utilizes muscle groups in the abdomen, pelvis, trunk, spine, and neck, Class Dayit. Tues. 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Studio B Vinyasa Yoga A flowing sequence of postures, which becomes more challenging as your practice develops. Increases body awareness, strength and flexibility. Wed. 12:30-1:30 p.m. Studio B Yoga for Strength & Flexibility For yoga beginners and students of all fitness levels who desire to improve flexibility and strengthen the entire body. Regular yoga practice will improve students’ joint flexibility and range of motion, muscular strength and tone, and cardiovascular endurance, while promoting the (parasympathetic) calming effect to the central nervous system. Wed. 4:30-5:30 p.m. Aerobic/Dance Studio Power Vinyasa Yoga A dynamic, fun and creative class in which movement is synchronized with the breath. Create room for mindfulness and stress relief with the flow of breath and movement.
