Planning Teams The Quality Council Planning Teams perform planning work under the direction of the Steering Committee. Each division (Executive, Administrative Services, Instructional Services, Student Services) has a planning team, and membership includes representatives from the respective divisions.

Collaboration in the development of the Strategic Plan (e.g. during planning days) Propose strategies, action items, and priorities for consideration by Steering Committee Communication of planning to peers
Subcommittees Some functions may require specific skill sets, and ad hoc subcommittees may be formed to accomplish these functions. Membership can include individuals not serving on the Quality Council. These subcommittees can be standing committees or formed as needed to complete a specific project. Subcommittees report to the Steering Committee.
