INTRODUCTION Welcome to the 'ABC of Affirmations for Children' Affirmations are our thoughts and the words we use to express them whether spoken or unspoken. Our feelings are the fuel for our affirmations, the stronger the feeling, the quicker the affirmation will manifest. Good feelings really work best.

Ideally you should sing and laugh and dance with joy as you repeat your affirmations. When saying your affirmations always speak in the present tense beginning with 'I am.. ' Childhood shapes and grows the adult. Positive feelings , thoughts and words develop a magnificent self esteem!!

Remember when reading this book with your child you too as an adult can use the affirmations to build your own self esteem by making it your intention to bathe your inner child with the affirmations and love.
