Spring calls for a refreshing and vibrant drink, and this Mimosa Punch with a fruity twist is the perfect way to celebrate.

Whether you ' re hosting a garden party, brunch, or simply enjoying a sunny afternoon, the addition of strawberries adds a burst of colour and flavour to this sparkling punch.

Ingredients

1 bottle (750ml) of chilled Prosecco or Champagne

500ml freshly squeezed orange juice

250ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

60ml elderflower cordial

1 tablespoon of finely grated lemon zest

200g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, grapefruit juice, elderflower cordial, lemon zest, and strawberries. Stir well, slightly muddling the strawberries to release their flavour.

Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled Prosecco or Champagne, stirring gently to combine and preserve the bubbles.

Add ice cubes to the pitcher or bowl to keep the punch cool. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a few extra strawberry slices for a pop of colour and flavour. Serve in glasses with additional strawberry slices if desired, and enjoy the refreshing taste of spring with a hint of strawberry sweetness!

Digital textile printing significantly reduces water waste and the need for harmful dyes, making it a much more sustainable option compared to traditional fabric printing methods.

Jaipur, the Pink City, offers Melissa and Clark a bustling yet beautiful retreat to focus on the creative aspects of their work, while continuing to build strong, personal relationships with the artisans who help produce their collections.
