HEALTH:
All bulls are fertility-tested. All bulls sell with health certificates and are trich tested or with certified virgin paperwork.
REGISTRATION PAPERS:
Bulls sell with registration papers unless listed as cross and will be transferred to buyer upon checks clearing the bank.
TERMS:
Cash settlement due at completion of sale. Make checks payable to: DENNIS FARMS. Major credit cards accepted sale day.
TRUCKING:
Trucking can be arranged at reasonable rates.
INSURANCE:
Insurance will be handled upon request.

Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalog.
BREEDING CONDITIONS:
Guarantees — Any bull that has been shown to lose fertility during the first year may be returned to seller at buyer’s expense after notifying seller in writing. The bull must be in healthy condition and accompanied by proper health certificate. Seller has three (3) months to retest the bull to prove he is satisfactory or to replace with bull of equal value or give credit to future sale. Seller will be liable only to the extent of the purchase price in any settlement or adjustment made on the bull that proves to be a non-breeder. Bull will most likely be replaced with one of equal value. Injuries are to be backed by an insurance policy on the bull purchased by the buyer.

Fellow cattle raisers,
The following bulls have been raised on grass, in large traps equal to at least one acre/bull. This allows plenty of room to move around and exercise and keeps the rumen accustomed to handling grass as well. Bulls are limit fed in troughs – no unlimited feed bunks or self-feeders. The bulls have not been raised in a feed lot scenario. No dirt pens that confine and restrict movement and the bulls have not been fed for maximum gains.
