Our Full Service plan is sunsetting - here’s what you need to know.

After five years of offering our Full Service plan, Full Service will no longer be available to clients as of June 30, 2024. We have updated our service plans to better suit the needs and budgets of our client partners and ensure JustFund can scale our impact by providing clients with a more seamless grantmaking solution.

Timing

The Full Service plan is sunsetting as of June 30, 2024. We are working with our clients to ensure that a transition to your new service plan is seamless and smooth for all our clients. Through and beyond this shift, the service you receive from Amalgamated Charitable Foundation will not change.

Which Plan is Right For You

JustFund has designed our new Standard plan to offer Full Service clients the best mix of value, service, and features to meet your needs. We deeply value you as a customer and partner, and we are committed to ensuring you are able to continue with JustFund as we work together to move critical resources equitably, transparently, and securely.

What’s different about the old Full Service plan and the new Standard plan?

Pricing

What’s Changing:

The JustFund Standard plan starts at $25,000 a year for funders with a grantmaking budget of $10M or less.

What This Means for You:

Most of our existing users will see a cost reduction by switching to our Standard plan.

Features

What’s Changing:

Our Standard plan offers clients all new features bundled in your cost, including: review and scoring, new dashboards, and JustFund Search. We will be adding dozens of new features and improvements on an ongoing basis. You’ll be informed and receive guidance on how to use new features without disrupting your workflows.

What This Means for You:

Most of the work you relied on JustFund staff to complete can now be performed in the platform through our new features.

Applicant Support

What’s Changing:

Standard clients have access to custom communications to applicants beyond the templates offered in our Basic service. Applicants will have access to increased support from JustFund, including a new Fund directory, grammar and spell check in their applications, additional guidance in the Help Center, and ongoing webinars.

What This Means for You:

Your applicants are getting more support from JustFund and will have an even more seamless and positive experience applying for grants using our flagship common grant application.

ACF Grant Disbursement

What’s Changing:

JustFund will no longer be providing grant disbursement support. You will be able to self-service your grant disbursement via Amalgamated Foundation’s DonorView portal. Please contact donorservices@amalgamatedfoundation.org for more information.

What This Means for You:

The Amalgamated Charitable Foundation team will be your direct contact for grant disbursement via DonorView.

ACF Grantee View

What’s Changing:

JustFund feature updates will allow your team to seamlessly customize communications to your applicants, including teaching them on how to register for ACF GranteeView. JustFund is no longer supporting your applicants to ensure they are set up in GranteeView.

What This Means for You:

The Amalgamated Charitable Foundation team will be your point of contact for your grantees’ questions around GranteeView to ensure their data is accurate for grant disbursements.

JustFund Customer Support

What’s Changing:

Your team will continue to have a dedicated Customer Success Manager for up to 10 hours of quarterly support to help onboard, brainstorm, and support your grantmaking. Your applicants will continue to have dedicated support through email, chatbot, and in-platform Help Center.

What This Means for You:

JustFund Customer Success Managers no longer need to be involved in many steps of your grantmaking as the platform now allows you to manage critical steps on your own. Talk with your Customer Success Manager to make sure all of your grantmaking needs will be met.
