
FURTHER EXPLANATION OF TERMS REGARDING ENROLLMENTS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025
• Enrollment - A single payment for the entire school life of student. The cost will be 300€ when parents enroll two or more children.
• Reservation of place. - Single payment for the academic year. This payment in the following academic years will be made in two installments in April and May. Any parents you request to do so, may make this payment in three installments in April, May and June.
The payment for the reservation forms part of the fees for the academic year 2024/2025 and is deducted from the monthly payments for the year.
• Monthly payments - 10 monthly payments from September to June, to be made in the first five days of each month.
• School Material - This includes classroom material, technological material, programmes, networks and digital educational platforms… Payments will be made in two installments in November and January.
This payment does not include textbooks nor school uniform.
• Insurance - One single payment to be made in September for all students.
• Extracurricular activities - Extra activities offered by school which each have their own individual cost. This information will be provided at the start of the academic year.
• School lunch - To be paid monthly. The monthly payment is the division of the total cost of the annual working days and, as such, an average fixed monthly fee will be charged (from September to June) regardless of the number of days in each month.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
• Families with 3 or more children enrolled in the school may opt for a reduction in tuition fees for the youngest child. Families in this context are considered the parents and siblings with whom the student shares a home with during the school year. The sc hool reserves the right to request proof of the living situation of the student if required.

• All school trips will be paid for separately by parents. Payments for these trips will not be accepted if any tuition payments remain outstanding.
• The non - payment of the monthly fees will lead to the cancellation of the student’s use of the contracted services.
• Any fees paid outside of the stipulated time period will be subject to the corresponding surcharge.
