WORKING EXPERIENCE My thirteen years experience focuses on Food Security, Human Rights and Nutrition in Latin America, Africa and the Caucasus (having lived in Nicaragua, Guatemala, Chile, Georgia, Ethiopia and Kenya). I developed the conceptual framework, technical details and fundraising of the high-level regional initiative “Hunger-free Latin America and the Caribbean”, as well as of the Chair on Hunger and Poverty Studies of the University of Cordoba. In the Food Security area, I have varied experience in national and regional food policies, institutional building, advocacy and applied research on social rights (mainly the Right to Food), capacity building, project planning, monitoring and evaluation, Food Security information and communication.
