O equinócio de outono é o instante preciso em que o sol cruza o plano do equador celeste, e que decorre em setembro no hemisfério norte e em março no hemisfério sul. O termo latim “equinócio”, é composto pelas palavras “aequus” e “nox”, significa “igual” e “noite”. pois durante os equinócios, os dias e as noites têm a mesma duração, 12 horas aproximadamente. s naturais da Ericeira, eram e ainda são, na sua maioria, gente do mar, puros e sãos. O índice de criminalidade é quase nulo. A maioria das casas, até há bem pouco tempo, só se fechavam no trinco, tendo a chave por fora da porta ou um cordel para abrir. Os que nascem no Concelho de Mafra são “saloios, mas, como excepção, na Ericeira, para confirmar a regra, são “Jagozes”, nome de origem árabe (?) (Jakub), (semita?) (iakob) e ainda se desconhece essa origem. Calcula-se que no sentido depreciativo, como o povo dizia, o ericeirense não pára quieto, talvez por marítimo que era, não estava muito tempo em terra, em qualquer porto – “O Jagoz, caga na areia e mija na Foz”. Teoricamente, também há quem defenda “Jagoz” por corruptela de “jagodes” – homem ordinário,

Conta-se como lenda, por nada se provar, a estória de um casal cuja esposa estaria muito doente e que ao perguntarem ao marido pelo estado em que se encontrava, ele respondia invariavelmente: – “Já goza!...Já goza”. Considerando que estaria melhorando… Daí ficar a senhora com a alcunha da “Jagoza”, assim se considera a primeira mulher com esse nome e a sua descendência. Ainda hoje, quando se pergunta a um habitante dos arredores o que entende por “Jagoz” ele associa invariavelmente a tipo ordinário, sem classe. Como em qualquer porto de mar, o povo é de diversas origens. Fixou-se aqui gente da pesca de outras paragens como de Sesimbra,

Nazaré, Peniche, Figueira da Foz, etc. Em regra, se não se dedicavam à pesca, os ericeirenses, recorriam à Marinha de guerra ou à Marinha mercante, como ocupação e carreira. Hoje, o turismo com importância crescente, ocupa grande parte da população em cafés, restaurantes, hotéis, hostels, escolas de surf, serviços e outros negócios afins. Traditionally soups have always been considered as rich elements in good food, but its time-consuming preparation have been replaced by the so-called “fast food”. Since 1998 there is a festival of soups in Gradil. The soup (Caldinho seafood) shrimp or various seafood is common in any Marisqueira, however the most famous is the restaurant / Marisqueira Estrela do Mar, launched by the late Camilo da Silva Milharado with name Rich soup of the sea. For that reason it should remember the beautiful traditional soups of our region not forgetting the seafood.

no extremo norte do Concelho de Mafra, nas encostas e vales do Sobral da Abelheira, que são cultivados os morangos mais deliciosos. A povoação há muito que se dedica a esta atividade e é nos meses de Abril e Maio que a azáfama da colheita mobiliza muitos trabalhadores, especializados na mais delicada e decisiva operação de todo o ciclo de cultura. Os frutos do morangueiro são de uma delicadeza extrema e têm de chegar ao mercado nas melhores condições possíveis. O morango do Sobral da Abelheira é, na sua quase totalidade, uma cultura de ar livre, sob coberto, e a maioria da produção desta região destina-se às grandes superfícies, mercados abastecedores e mercados municipais. Para assinalar o fim da campanha, realiza-se anualmente (no mês de junho) a Festa do Morango. Em anos recentes, o morango tem sido, igualmente, produzido noutros pontos do concelho. Esta produção, bem como os seus derivados, como licores e compotas, está patente nas

Seit längerem nehmen die einwohner dieser Region,diesen Anbau in anspruch. Im April bis ende Mai,werden zur Erntezeit sehr viele Mitarbeiter benötigt,die durch Langjährige Erfahrung,es möglich machen das diese Frucht geerntet sowie in den besten Konditionen gelagert wird. Erdbeeren ist meist ein Luftoffener Anbau,das aber auch in Zuchthäusern angebaut wird,falls die Wetter bedingungen als bedrohlich gelten sollten. Die Erdbeer Ernte von Sobral da Abelheira wird hauptsäschlich an Gross Märkte und städtischen Märkte gelifert. Dieser Anbau ,sowie aus deren anderen enstehenden

Produktionen,wie zum Beispiel Liköre und Eintöpfe,werden auch in Gemeinde Festen Präsentiert,und dadurch ihre Herkunft Patentiert. Im Juni wird im Dorf als Ernte ende ein sogenantes,Erdbeeren erntedank Fest veranstaltet.

1 embalagem de gelatina de morango 1 lata de leite condensado A mesma medida de leite 1 e ½ chávena (chá) de morangos picados

1 Paket Erdbeere Gelatine 1 Dose Kondensmilch Die gleiche Maßnahme Milch 1 und ½ Tasse (Tee) gehackte Erdbeeren

1 package strawberry gelatin 1 can of condensed milk The same measure of milk 1 and ½ cup (tea) of chopped strawberries

Vorbereitung

Preparation

Löse Gelatine in ¹ / ³ Tasse (Tee) Wasser und gut mischen. Man löst in einem Wasserbad, fügen Sie alle Zutaten und gut mischen. Werfen Sie in einer Form und in den Kühlschrank für 3 Stunden ungefähr. Entformen, garniert mit in Scheiben geschnittenen Erdbeeren und servieren.

Dissolve gelatin in ¹ / ³ cup (tea) of water and mix well. Dissolve in a water bath, add all ingredients and mix well. Throw in a form and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours approximately. Unmold, garnish with sliced strawberries and serve.

Preparação Dissolva a gelatina em ¹/³ de chávena (chá) de água e misture bem. Dissolva em banho-maria, junte todos os ingredientes e misture muito bem. Deite numa forma e leve ao frigorifico durante 3 horas aproximadamente. Desenforme, decore com morangos fatiados e sirva.

Herança religiosa Igreja de S.Pedro Erguida como uma pequena capela fora da vila em 1446 ascende a igreja principal em 1530, época a que pertence a imagem renascentista do padroeiro visível na porta lateral sul. A grande renovação, que transformou a humilde capela na maior e mais ornamentada igreja da vila, começou na primeira metade do século XVII e foi concluída por volta de 1745, data em que foi encomendada a construção do retábulo-mor em estilo rococó, assim como os painéis da nave que retratam cenas da vida de S. Pedro como a que as mãos de Cristo entregam as chaves da igreja ao que seria o primeiro Papa. Na capela-mor. a iconografia de São Pedro continua em quatro telas alusivas ao ciclo da pesca milagrosa do apóstolo. No século XIX foi construído o coro do lado norte cujo interior foi enriquecido com numerosas pinturas provenientes de extintos conventos. Kirche von St. Peter Außerhalb der Orts Mitte entstand 1446 eine kleine Kapelle, die 1530 zur Hauptkirche des Orts erbaut wurde. An der seitlichen Süd Tür ist noch ein Gemälde vom Renaissance Patron vorhanden. Mitte des XVII Jahrhundert, begann die Erneuerung der bescheidenen Kapelle, woraus es die bedeutendste und wertvollste Kirche wurde. Diese umbauten wurden 1745 mit der Bestellung des Hauptaltars fertiggestellt. Dies ist im Rokoko-Stil gebaut, ebenso wie die Manufakturen des Schiffs, die Szenen aus dem Leben und Legende des Schutzheiligen St. Peter der Kirche darstellen. Das Hauptmerkmal ist das Gremium, in dem Christus die Schlüssel für den zukünftigen Papst in seinen

Händen hält. Die Ikonographie von St. Peter wird in der Hauptkirche auf vier weiteren Bild Manufakturen dargestellt, in dem die wunderbaren Fischfänge der Apostel illustriert sind. Im 19 Jahrhundert wurde in der Nordseite des Gebäudes ein Chor gebaut, und mit Gemälden dekoriert die aus verschiedenen Klöster stammen. Nähe des eingangs befindet sich die Taufkapelle wo bis heute noch das älteste Wertstück dieses Monumentes instandgehalten wird. Wertstück dies, das aus dem Manueline Zeitalter stammt, und 1984 zu einem Öffentliches Interesse ernannt wurde.

Church of St. Peter Built as a small chapel outside the village in 1446 amounts to the main church in 1530, then it belongs to the Renaissance image of the patron visible on the south side door. The major renovation that transformed the humble chapel in the largest and most ornate church of the village began in the first half of the seventeenth century and was completed around 1745, when it was commissioned the construction of the altarpiece in Rococo style, as well as the ship’s panels depicting scenes of Peter’s life as the hands of Christ give the church the keys to what would be the first Pope. In the chancel. the iconography of St. Peter continues on four screens depicting the miraculous catch of the apostle cycle. In the nineteenth century it was built on the north side choir whose interior is enriched with numerous paintings from extinct convents.In the baptismal chapel adjacent to the building is preserved Manueline stonework, the oldest element of the monument, declared a Public Interest in 1984.

In der Mitte vom Altar sieht man das Bild der heiligen frau der Nötigungen aus dem XVIII Jahrhundert, in Begleitung von Sankt Martha und Sankt Luzia wo dann noch in zwei weiteren Bildern die heilige Fatima und Sankt Jose zu sehen sind. Zu erwähnen sind noch zwei Fliesen Bilder, in dem die Geburt Jesus und die Ankündigung des Engels darstellen.

Capela de Santa Marta Situada no Largo com o mesmo nome, a atual capela de Santa Marta foi erigida em 1760, no lugar da antiga Ermida de Nossa Senhora da Saúde, posteriormente Senhora das Necessidades. A antiga capela, construída em 1484, mais junto ao mar, estava ligada a uma devoção de curas milagrosas da peste, em conjunto com o poço das “Águas de Sta. Marta”. Em 1599, segundo a lenda referida por Frei Agostinho da Santa Maria, a Venerada imagem de Nossa Senhora das Necessidades foi levada por um casal de tecelões, para Lisboa, perto de Alcântara, onde edificaram uma capela para a imagem, que veio a desaparecer num incêndio no terramoto de 1755. A Capela é de linhas simples, com o interior no gosto artístico da segunda metade do século XVIII, quer ao nível da talha dourada quer na policromia do retábulo. No altar ao centro está a imagem de Nossa Senhora das Necessidades (século XVIII), ladeada por Santa Marta e Santa Luzia e na única nave que possui encontra-se uma imagem de Nossa Senhora de Fátima e uma imagem de S. José, ambas de pequenas proporções.

Sagt eine Geschichte die von Frei Agostinho da Santa Maria geschrieben wurde, das in 1599 ein Ehepaar die heilige Figur der frau der Nötigungen nach Lissabon in der Nähe von Alcantra gebracht haben, wo dann dort eine Kapelle gebaut wurde in dem diese Figur als Hauptmerkmal galt.1755 verschwand diese Figur nach dem es ein Feuer gab der durch ein Erdbeben zu Stande gekommen

A Ericeira tem o seu centro junto ao Muro das Ribas, não se podendo desenvolver para o mar, mantendo os laços de Vila marítima evoluiu para Norte e para Leste onde começa a usurpar e a confundirse com os pequenos lugares que faziam fronteira territorial. A distância com Mafra,(agora sede concelho desde 1855) fica pela auto-estrada a poucos minutos de distância, terminando de vez com a rivalidade entre as duas vilas. A Vila da Ericeira pertence ao distrito de Lisboa e ao concelho de MAFRA e é uma das 11freguesias em que está dividido o concelho. É no ponto de vista turístico a Vila mais importante e cosmopolita, dista da capital Lisboa 45 Kms.

A nova Lei n.º 22/2012, de 30 de maio estabeleceu a constituição das 11 Juntas de Freguesia em vez das 17 até então existentes. Sendo a partir dessa data criada a chamada “União de freguesias”, desaparecendo 6 das antigas freguesias. Ericeira gehört zum Bezirk von Lissabon und der Gemeinde MAFRA,wiederum ist Mafra in 11 weitere Kleingemeinden eingeteilt,in dem Ericeira auch Teil von ist.Ansicht vom Tourismus ist Ericeira,das wichtigste und kosmopolitisch Dorf,abgesehen von Lissabon. Desde então, a escola tem proporcionado o ensino de surf de alta qualidade a dezenas de jovens e adultos também. Actualmente recebe praticantes de todos os níveis e de todas as idades, tendo apenas como limite mínimo a idade de 6 anos.

A Tiago Pires Surf School está localizada a poucos minutos do centro da Ericeira, em frente à praia do Matadouro, uma das melhores praias da vila para iniciar a prática de surf.

Die Tiago Pires Surf Schule, ist nur wenige Minuten vom Stadt Zentrum entfernt, und ist genau gegenüber vom Strand Matadore platziert. Zu erwähnen das es das beste Strand für surf Einsteiger ist.
