Microclima e Linguajar dos jagozes Mikroklima und die Örtlichen Ausdrücke Microclimate and language of jagozes

“néuva”, ou “néboa” como a gente da Ericeira chama aos nevoeiros matinais, faz parte do seu microclima e é uma das palavras, como “ardentia” (fenómeno que, por vezes, torna a cor do mar num verde fosforescente, irresistivelmente belo, muito observado nesta zona) que faz parte de um léxico muito especial do linguajar dos Jagozes. A linguagem, os sons e a sua musicalidade são pormenores que, com muitos outros pequenos nadas, pequenos mas ricos, fazem com que no seu conjunto, a atracção do povo e dos lugares da Ericeira, sejam tão queridos de gente bem diferenciada. Vejam-se os artistas que têm sentido e bebido dessa inspiração. Não falando dos inúmeros pintores, que tão bem têm utilizado os tons e as cores da vida da Ericeira, recordamos também os escritores Pinheiro Chagas, Ramalho Ortigão, Mendes Leal, Raul Brandão, Nicolau Tolentino de Almeida, entre muitos outros. Outros tantos escreveram aqui sucessos literários, recolhendo-se ou passando por aqui temporadas de inspiração Jagoz. Vejamos como José Hermano Saraiva no seu livro “ O Tempo e a Alma”, edição do Círculo de Leitores, o descreve: «A Ericeira não tem banhistas, tem devotos. Quem a conheceu por dentro não a troca por nenhuma outra praia; quem a conheça por fora, acha-a brumosa, sem sol, com picos nas pedras, areias esquivas. É como certas mulheres que parecem feias mas sabem prender para sempre. Cada qual vê a Ericeira a seu gosto. Pelo meu lado, o que me fascinou foi o clima.

rte ostentando um estilo muito característico, usando lixo da praia, residuos e materiais mortos. A interpretação artística e composição desses materiais traz-los de volta à vida, formando objetos-esqueleto e instalações de mídia-mista. A importância de manter os oceanos limpos, e a importância de respeitar a natureza e os direitos humanos é a mensagem dos três artistas desejam comunicar através de Skeleton Sea. Durante os intervalos entre surf começamos a salvar objetos preciosos: bóias de vidro chinesas muito antigas envoltas em cordas, lotes de ossos de baleia e peixe brilhantemente polido, bóias de

todo o tipo, bóias de plataforma de petróleo de até 1,5 m de espessura enferrujadas, madeira e peças de metal enferrujadas de destroços de navios, peças de porcelana e um monte de outras coisas. É assim que a idéia foi levantada para fazer um projeto de arte com estes tesouros do mar usando-os em esculturas e instalações na costa. Artistas Os artistas João Parrinha, Luis de Dios e Xandi Kreuzeder uniram forças para criar Skeleton Sea. Todos os três são surfistas ambiciosos, e todos os três também estabeleceram vários projetos de arte até à data. The importance of keeping the oceans clean, and the importance of respecting nature and human rights is the message the three artists wish to communicate through Skeleton Sea. During the breaks in between surfing we began to salvage the precious objects: very old Chinese glass buoys wrapped in ropes, lots of brightly polished whale and fish bones, fishermen’s buoys of all kind, up to 1.5 metre thick rusty oil rig buoys, wooden and rusty metal parts of ship wrecks, porcelain pieces and a lot of other things.

Archivo-Museu da Santa Casa da Misericórdia da Ericeira, que também inclui a Igreja da Misericórdia, encontra-se instalado nas antigas dependências da Irmandade de Nossa Senhora do Rosário, anteriormente a albergaria e o hospital adjacentes ao templo. Fundado a 1 de junho de 1937, constitui atualmente o principal polo museológico da Ericeira, guardião de um valioso acervo da memória da vila. Um dos seus ex-líbris são as nove telas do século XVII alusivas ao ciclo da Paixão de Cristo, que saíam pelas ruas da Ericeira na Procissão dos Fogaréus, na 5.ª feira antes da Páscoa. O espólio contempla ainda uma escultura em marfim e madeira de Nossa Senhora em Majestade, também do século XVII, de origem indo-portuguesa; a coleção de gravuras, onde se incluem trabalhos espanhóis da segunda metade do séc. XVIII que representam as Obras de Misericórdia Corporais; e o foral que D. Manuel concedeu à vila jagoz em 1513.

No Arquivo-Museu encontra-se ainda um relevante conjunto de memórias etnográficas representativas da relação da comunidade local com o mar, que desde sempre contribuiu para a construção da sua identidade.

Para as peras 4 peras Rocha 2 xícaras de vinho branco seco 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar 8 bolas de soverte de creme ou chocolate

Para a calda 1 tablete de chocolate meio amargo 2 colheres de manteiga sem sal 8 colheres de sopa de água

Preparação Peras Coloque as peras, o vinho e o açúcar num tacho, tape e leve a cozer em lume baixo elas fiquem molinhas, mais ou menos 20 minutos. Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer. Calda Pique o chocolate em pedaços bem miúdos. Acrescente a água e a margarina. Leve a lume baixo mexendo bem até formar uma calda bem homogénea. Reserve. Sirva em doses individuais com a pera regada com a calda e com 1 ou 2 bolas de gelado de bauniha.

Sobre as falésias ao norte da cidade, esta capela já existia em 1567. É construída sobre um plano hexagonal, coberto por uma cúpula, e é em estilo maneirista do século 16, como evidenciado em suas portas clássicas. O corpo da capelamor é uma extensão construída a partir de 1678 em diante. Essa é aproximadamente a data das telhas coloridas que decoram as paredes internas e as de mármore esculpido inserida no altar principal. Era a casa da Confraria, ou fraternidade, de homens jovens solteiros e festas em honra de S. Vicente e S. Sebastião que foram realizadas na sua igreja. No primeiro de novembro de 1755, após o terramoto de Lisboa quedemoliu alguns edifícios alguns barcos que foram empurrados contra a Calçada da Praia, houve uma missa solene consagrada a São Sebastião.

Set apart on the cliffs north of the town, this chapel already existed in 1567. Durante séculos o sino e a lanterna, que dava a conhecer a localização do porto durante a noite e em períodos de neblina e tempestade foram mantidos na pequena plataforma virada para oeste. Reconstruída por volta de 1644, seu interior foi decorado pouco tempo depois com azulejos, enquanto o espaço acima do arco triunfal foi reservada para um pequeno painel aludindo à Nª Senhora da Boa Viagem. A imagem de Nossa Senhora foi adorada até 1912, quando foi vandalizada e lançada ao mar. A capela é também dedicada a Santo António.

Kapelle Unserer Lieben Frau von Safe Journeys

Hüteten dem Fischer-Strand, das war der Sitz der Bruderschaft Unserer Lieben Frau von Sicher Reisen für Männer des Meeres. Seit Jahrhunderten ist die Glocke und Laterne, die den Hafen der Lage in der Nacht und in Zeiten von Nebel und Sturm wurden auf der kleinen westseitigen Plattform gehalten bekannt gemacht. Umgebaut um 1644 wurde das Innere eine kurze Zeit später mit gemusterten Kacheln dekoriert, während der Raum über dem Triumphbogen beiseite für eine kleine Platte gesetzt wurde in Anspielung auf die Lady von Safe Reisen. Die Statue Unserer Lieben Frau wurde bis 1912 verehrt, als es mutwillig zerstört und wurde ins Meer geworfen. Die Kapelle ist auch dem heiligen Antonius geweiht.

Chapel of Our Lady of Safe Journeys

Keeping watch over the fishermen’s beach, this was the headquarters of the fraternity of Our Lady of Safe Journeys for Men of the Sea. For centuries the bell and lantern that made known the port’s location at night and in times of fog and storm were kept on the small west-facing platform. Rebuilt around 1644, its interior was decorated a short time afterwards with patterned tiles, while the space above the triumphal arch was set aside for a small panel alluding to the Lady of Safe Journeys. The statue of our lady was worshipped until 1912, when it was vandalized and thrown into the sea. The chapel is also dedicated to Saint Anthony.

Mafra,was seit 1855 als Hauptgemeinde gillt,liegt einige km entfernt,aber durch die Autobahnverbindung verkürzt sich die Entfernung auf wenigen Minuten fahrt. Kleine frühere Rivalitäten die es zwischen den Einwohnern von Ericeira und Mafra gab,haben sich durch all diese Entwicklung verringert. Ericeira gehört zum Bezirk von Lissabon und der Gemeinde MAFRA,wiederum ist Mafra in 11 weitere Kleingemeinden eingeteilt,in dem Ericeira auch Teil von ist.Ansicht vom Tourismus ist Ericeira,das wichtigste und kosmopolitisch Dorf,abgesehen von Lissabon. Laut Gesetz No. 22/2012, vom 30.Mai,wurden die vorherigen 17Kleingemeinden auf 11 reduziert.Seit dem wurde die sogenannte Gemeindevereinigung gegründet,und somit 6 Kleingemeinden abgeschafft.

O Concelho de Mafra O Mapa do centro da vila A Ericeira tem o seu centro junto ao Muro das Ribas, não se podendo desenvolver para o mar, mantendo os laços de Vila marítima evoluiu para Norte e para Leste onde começa a usurpar e a confundirse com os pequenos lugares que faziam fronteira territorial. A distância com Mafra,(agora sede concelho desde 1855) fica pela auto-estrada a poucos minutos de distância, terminando de vez com a rivalidade entre as duas vilas. A Vila da Ericeira pertence ao distrito de Lisboa e ao concelho de MAFRA e é uma das 11freguesias em que está dividido o concelho. É no ponto de vista turístico a Vila mais importante e cosmopolita, dista da capital Lisboa 45 Kms.

A nova Lei n.º 22/2012, de 30 de maio estabeleceu a constituição das 11 Juntas de Freguesia em vez das 17 até então existentes. Sendo a partir dessa data criada a chamada “União de freguesias”, desaparecendo 6 das antigas freguesias.
