The Bible is not a reference Book on Medicine, and it does not set rules for all occasions. And yet from this book, you can learn how to manage your health. What says the Bible? From many biblical passages, we learn the opinion of God on how to treat your health. Thus, the Bible condemns harmful excesses, such as drinking and overeating. God's law set given included measures to combat and sometimes prevent disease. The Act also included special ordinances preventing accidents and injuries. It is obvious that the Bible encourages us to take care of ourselves and take care of our health in a reasonable way. What people say Many believe that diseases are simply the costs of human evolution. Others think that the causes of health problems are mysterious forces, such as evil spirits. According to the Bible, we are ill because our first parents, Adam and Eve, rebelled against God. Before that, they had perfect health. They knew that if they abandoned God's care, they would die. And yet they neglected friendship with God and lost perfection. Later, they inherited the sinful nature to all of us - their descendants. Therefore, despite persistent attempts to defeat the disease, people continue to get sick. The Bible teaches that those who reconcile with God, observing his wise principles, will eventually live in heaven on earth and have perfect health. God promises to eliminate suffering, sickness, and death. Trust in god Good health is not only the result of proper nutrition and rejection of bad habits. We still need to find time for exercise and good rest - daily, weekly and annual. Need more time to spend in the fresh air. It is very important to be able to cope with the stresses that are the cause of many diseases. And in managing stress, the most important thing is to learn to trust God and follow His lead. Our Physical Health is inextricably linked with the state of mind. And, on the contrary, everything that affects the mind cannot but influence the body. The ancient wisdom is still relevant today: "A healthy mind is in a healthy body."
