Around 70,000 bulbs have been planted in the Gardens over the past few years to create a heavenly carpet of snowdrops providing a magical trail for visitors to follow. Monday After breakfast, we head to Chatham Docks. Return to the 'Age of Sail' when the Dockyard built mighty ships that mastered the world's oceans. deck of HMS GANNET, a Victorian Sloop. If you're a fan of the hit TV series 'Call the Midwife' we have included a guided walking tour led by your very own costumed midwife. Originally these concerts were given in commemoration of Sir Malcolm Sargent who, for some 20 years, was the Honorary Musical Advisor to the Royal Marines Band Service. Enjoy some free time in this characterful little town which isn’t short of interesting attractions, including some magnificent garden walks and panoramic views. Perhaps, you’d prefer a day exploring Harrogate’s many boutique shops and quaint tearooms. From here we continue to York arriving in time for dinner and our 2-night stay. Emmerdale Village Tour Your Holiday Itinerary Friday We travel north, making a comfort stop en route to the industrially historical town of Halifax. Standing proud in its centre, the Piece Hall is a Grade I listed building dating from 1779 that was built as a cloth hall for the trading of ‘pieces’ of cloth. Upon arrival we will have a tour by a knowledgeable heritage guide who will lead us on a journey of discovery; now the only surviving building of its kind anywhere in the UK there are many fascinating stories to be told, ranging from the Georgian period right through to the current day. From here, we continue to the Cedar Court Leeds/Bradford hotel for our 2-night stay. Saturday After breakfast, we begin our Emmerdale adventure travelling first to Otley – the location for ‘Hotton’ in the series. We enjoy some time here before moving on to the tiny village of Esholt, where the show was filmed for decades. The residents wished to reclaim their village so a replica filming village was built that we will visit later on our tour. After spending some time looking around, we head to the Woolpack

This afternoon we commence our Emmerdale Village Tour, starting at the New Inn Pub, Eccup Lane in Leeds. We board here for our transfer to the secret ﬁlming location on the Harewood Estate. Explore the stunning Emmerdale Village as you visit the outdoor set where episodes of your favorite soap are brought to life. Sunday Departing after breakfast we enjoy a scenic drive to Haworth – The picturesque town that was once home to the famous literary sisters – Emily, Charlotte and Ann Bronte. We continue enjoying the scenery of the hit TV series ‘Happy Valley’ and visit the town of Hebden Bridge before returning home during the afternoon.

Great Breaks Booking For a provisional booking, a simple telephone call is all that is needed. We will hold places for you without obligation for 7 days. (Please note:- Provisional bookings will be cancelled automatically if payment is not received within 7 days). Confirmation of Booking In order to confirm your booking, we require a £50 per person deposit within 7 days. Once received we will send you your Great Breaks confirmation, the number and location of seats booked and confirmed departure time. Your final balance will be due 8 weeks prior to departure.

Alterations The company reserves the right to alter or cancel any of the Great Breaks listed in this brochure, and to alter the size and speciﬁcation of the vehicle used.

Cancellation by the Company Should circumstances arise where, due to less than 20 bookings, we are forced to cancel a Great Break holiday all monies paid by all passengers for that particular excursion will be refunded and following that the Company shall be exempt from any further liability.

If you Change Your Booking If, after our conﬁrmation has been issued, you wish to change to another of our holidays or change departure date, we will do our utmost to make the changes, but we cannot guarantee to do so. However, notiﬁcation must be received in writing at our offices from the person who signed the booking form. This must be accompanied by a payment of £20 to cover our administrative costs, plus costs we incur in making the amendment. Alterations may not be able to be made within 6 weeks of departure and any such request for an alteration will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out in paragraph below. Some arrangements cannot be changed without paying a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the ticket cost.

Cancellation by the Passenger You may cancel your Great Break holiday at any time and provided that we receive notice of cancellation within 56 days (8 weeks) of the departure date, then we will refund you the value of the break, less a £20 cancellation charge and the value of your travel insurance premium.
