CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING:
To confirm your booking, please pay in full within 7 days. Once payment is received, we will send your confirmation/receipt, the number and location of seats booked. Please check your confirmation details carefully as late alterations may incur charges.
REDUCTIONS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS & CHILDREN:
Special discounted rates for Senior Citizens are listed alongside each excursion. Children aged 4-14 are carried at the Child rates listed. Please note we cannot accept unaccompanied children below 14 years of age.
CANCELLATION:
Should circumstances arise where, due to low passenger numbers, we are forced to cancel an excursion; all monies paid by all passengers will be refunded. Following that, the Company shall be exempt from any further liability.
Passengers may cancel at any time prior to departure, subject to the following conditions:
(i) For cancellations notified to us more than 7 days prior to departure, a £5.00 charge per person applies.
(i) For cancellations for which less than 7 (but more than 1) clear days notice is received, a £15.00 per person charge is made.
(iii) For cancellations made within 1 day of the excursion, the full cost of the excursion will be charged.
(iv) Special cancellation charges may apply where admission tickets are purchased in advance.

For some shows, it may be advertised that a well-known personality is taking a starring role. We cannot be held liable, if on the date of our visit, the personality is unable to perform and is replaced by an understudy.

The Tower of London will host a ceramic poppy installation called “The Tower Remembers”. The display will feature nearly 30,000 poppies, the same ones used in the 2014 “Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red” installation.

Weston Carnival Friday 7th November 2025
The ‘Mardi Gras’ of the Southwest! This annual illuminated event is a celebration of light, music and colour. This year’s event is expected to include around 130 entries including large, illuminated floats and marching bands, which can all be seen from the comfort of our coach if you wish.

Sheffield Christmas Market Thursday 13th November 2025
Streets will be lit up from Haymarket, through to Fargate, Barker’s Pool and Surrey Street, Division Street, Pinstone Street, the Peace Gardens and Cambridge Street. Visitors can expect Alpine Bars, German sausages, Yorkshire pudding wraps, toasted marshmallows, churros and many other food and drink experiences.

The beloved Hogwarts in the Snow feature will return for the festive season. The spectacular Great Hall will be transformed into scenes from the Yule Ball as seen in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The Gryffindor common room, Forbidden Forest and Diagon Alley will be dressed for Christmas and the Hogwarts castle model will be coated in snow using the same technique used in the Harry Potter film series.
