MISSION, EQUITY & INCLUSION COMMITTEE MEMBER

TERM: Two-year renewable term beginning January

SCOPE: The Mission Equity & Inclusion Committee will work to support the goals of the branch and Association as identified by the board of management and the executive director. These goals are identified in the Association’s Strategic Plan and will be adopted to work towards improving the John Rolfe Family YMCA community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attends all meetings called by the chair.

• Actively participates in discussion and fully engages in the work of the committee as outlined in the committee’s chart of work.

• Completes any assignments given by the chair in a timely manner.

• Regularly communicates to the committee chair, executive director, and other committee members as needed.

• Works to ensure that objectives are met.
