WHO CAN CERTIFY DOCUMENTS A certifier of documents must be a suitable person, independent of the account, such as a law yer, a notary public, a member of the judiciary or police, a chartered accountant or civil servant, or a Senior employee of the Bank or Insurance Company. The certifier should sign the ID/Company document (printing their name clearly underneath) indicate their position or capacity on it together with a contact address and phone number. If documents are being scanned to Capital Security Bank, then each page will need to be signed/initialed by the certifier. See below an example of the wording required on each document provided.
