WHATEVER IT TAKES CARL STEWART NOMINATED JASON CATES FOR THE MARCH WHATEVER IT TAKES AWARD Carl said, “Jason is a well-rounded employee, does whatever I ask him to and then some! He always has a smile on his face and willing to help out where ever or whenever I need him.” Jason was presented with a trophy, a “Whatever It Takes” designated parking space in front of the building, and a $50 QuikTrip gas card. He will also have the honor of naming next month’s WIT winner.
Tyler Preston wrote, “DM of the month for January is Jenn Heisley! This is the second month in a row Jenn has won DM of the Month award proving steady performance! Tom Cowan was right on her tail, followed by Dale. Jenn will be awarded the Snooze or Cruise Pass allowing her to take half a day off. Keep up the competition team!!! Congrats Jenn!”

Carmelo Rodriguez
Dale Smith nominated Carmelo Rodriguez. Dale said, “this driver is always very happy & friendly when he calls in w/ his updates from the road. Throughout the past 4 weeks of February this driver averaged over 3,000 miles every week which really proves the dedication he has for this company. Carmelo never complains about the loads we offer to him & always does his absolute best to get a load delivered on time. He has been w/ JCT since August of last year & since then has really given it all to be as successful as possible. I’m really happy to have Carmelo on my team & I trust that this driver will continue to be great as his tenure matures w/ this company.”

William McMillan
Hollie Taylor nominated William McMillan. Hollie said, “William McMillian – is an awesome driver. He goes above and beyond to help his fellow drivers. On 02/16 while driving in the winter storm a fellow driver did not feel confident or safe as she was driving. William drove behind the other driver and supported her through the drive in the bad weather. He took the time to make sure that she arrived at the truck stop safely, even when it took time out of his day. He strives to always be on time for pickups and deliveries. Thank you Snoop for all you do, keep up the good work!!”
Jesus Rodriguez
Charles Richards nominated Jesus Rodriguez. Charles said, “Jesus Rodriguez is my choice for the driver of the month for February 2021. He consistently cares about meeting the customers’ demands and guidelines. He is quick to help rely another for OTD or to help get them home even if it may sacrifice some miles. Jesus represents JCT in a professional and pleasant manner.”

NEW DRIVER FEATURE: Meet Deana Woods. She has been driving for 17 years and decided to join JCT from all of the great things she heard from other drivers on the road. Deana drives for her family and is currently working on her retirement savings.
