The class normally costs $60 each semester to attend. Nutrition specialist Jordana Haught will provide free nutrition tips and counseling in the Campus Center Living Room from 11:30-1:30

Thursday at 6:15 a.m., a free WhollyFit Yoga class will be available in the Rec Center. A small group Chapel, “The Psychological Side of Eating Disorders,” will meet in Nelson Lobby at 11 a.m. The group will be led by Cara Flanders, counselor at the Medical and Counseling Care Center , and Beyond 31. Another free yoga class will be provided in the Rec Center at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday. The day will end with an informal talk with
freshman girls about eating disorders.
