Every week, our team gathers to conduct a comprehensive review of our performance, clients, listings, client events, and database marketing strategies. We commence by aligning ourselves with our mission and vision, and then delve into our active leads to ensure we are all on track to achieve our goals and monitor our most promising future business opportunities. We meticulously assess lead follow-up, ensuring our CRM remains organized and efficient, enabling us to promptly address all follow-ups and leads. Subsequently, we shift our focus to our current business, which includes discussing our upcoming listings, active listings, and pending transactions, providing updates on their progress towards closing. We also coordinate open houses, discuss upcoming client events, and outline associated marketing plans. Additionally, our in-house mortgage lender shares insights on current pre approvals and referrals. The team meeting serves as a crucial time for everyone to realign with their goals and gain an extensive understanding of the sources of their past, present, and future business.

CRM MEETINGS

Our team uses a Customer Relationship Management system and follow up program. This website CRM is used by the two thirds of the top 250 agents in the country. We are very fortunate to have coaches that work directly with our CRM and database to go over our current lead flow, individual marketing campaigns, agent follow ups, and tips and tricks to converts leads and improve systems. We video chat in from across the region with our coach and go through each agents current lead flow. This way our agents understand the technology at a very high level, and can wield it effectively to convert leads with tremendous success.

We have dedicated mentors to support new brokers at Matin Real Estate for their first 90 days+ until they close six transactions. The partnership takes new brokers from onboarding through transactions supporting them with the sales skills needed for success, enabling them to grow within the company.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

At Matin Real Estate, we prioritize the growth and success of our agents through personalized oneon-one coaching sessions with our designated broker and director of sales. During these sessions, agents have the opportunity to delve into their individual businesses, current clients, and leads, with a focus on enhancing conversion rates, improving time efficiency, and effectively managing ongoing transactions. Our coaching approach is datadriven, aligning with each agent’s specific metrics and activities. These sessions also serve as a valuable check-in to ensure that agents are on track to achieve their goals and that our organization is consistently delivering on the standards we set when agents joined our team.
