A seller can purchase a new property while still living in their sold home through a rent back in which the seller actually pays rent to the buyer to stay in their home up to two months. The flow of a traditional rent back gives you ninety-five days to find a new property and close. The first thirty-five days fall between receiving the offer on your current property past closing.

We provide a weekly neighborhood report. (We make a weekly call to their clients.) The listing manager also reaches out, so there are always phone conversations. Your listing will be on major profile portals. All of your documents are emailed to you. Progress reports are emailed every week until under contract with a buyer.

After each in person showing of your home, you may receive feedback from the potential buyer or their Agent. Agents who have shown your property to a potential buyer will receive emails, call and text soliciting their feedback. Sellers can look at the showings any time and can even receive notification every time there is a showing. No longer will a buyer’s agent contact the seller directly.
