As my first month in my amazing leadership role with John L. Scott comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your warm welcome and support!

Opportunities to join an organization like John L. Scott, with its incredible values and reputation, are rare in our industry The hard work, enthusiasm, and collaboration I’ve witnessed have been truly inspiring, enabling me to lay a strong foundation for the journey ahead.

My wife, Tralynda, and I are in the process of moving to Port Orchard, and we’re thrilled to have our children and grandchildren join us on this amazing journey Our oldest daughter, Trista Smith, her husband, Tyler, and our grandson, Theodore, have been on an incredible family adventure that I’ll be sharing more about soon. Our youngest daughter, Tia, and her husband, Maso, blessed us with our second grandchild, Violet, just two years ago! They’re wonderful parents, and “Squishy” is diving into the “Terrible Twos ” Our son, Truman, and his girlfriend, Kadi, are thriving in Seattle and living life to the fullest!

I’m excited to see what 2025 will bring We often ask, “What does your brand say while you’re sleeping?”

Time management and providing the ultimate in professionalism and service to our clients, colleagues, and loved ones are our top priorities

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our Santa Snapshot event such a success!

We’re thrilled to share that we raised $725 from Santa ticket sales, which were donated to Bremerton Foodline, and welcomed an amazing 220 clients to the event The feedback has been phenomenal every client said they were completely satisfied with their experience!

I was truly overwhelmed by the incredible turnout this year, and it was such a joy to see everyone having a blast THANK YOU ALL for your hard work, dedication, and for making this event so memorable You are what makes our team so special!
