I began this project on March 29, 2023, collaborating with Quinten Warren to get it off the ground. Initially, Quinten's turnaround time for the project was longer, and for this particular task, it took about two weeks to complete the website headers for a couple of brokers who were already branded by our Marketing team.
Once we had successfully updated the JLS Website Headers for three brokers, we developed a template code, allowing us to streamline future requests. When a broker was ready for a new website header, I would email Quinten with the request and coordinate through email until the project was completed.
Since then, I’ve transitioned to submitting Broker Care tickets for John L. Scott Website Header requests, including all the necessary assets to ensure a smooth and timely process. Moving forward, I’ve been working with Pablo Vera to continue managing these requests.
