Continuing A Record Year The John’s Island market continues to be very active in 2018. The supply and demand have been dynamic. We have sold over 30 properties since January 1st, with 11 new listings in the past two weeks. With a total of 1,362 “front doors” in John’s Island, there are currently 60 properties listed for sale, which is less than 5% inventory. Historically, anything less than 5% is a seller’s market. We have 292 condos in John’s Island with 14 on the market at this time, also less than 5% of the total supply. Demand has not waivered with buyers coming from the northeast region but also strong interest from the Mid-Atlantic states and Mid-West. The sentiment being, Naples is too crowded, as are the Palm Beaches. Waterfront properties are like “Hen’s Teeth”.
