As a nonsectarian mental health and social service agency, JFS provides a continuum of professional wraparound services that address multiple needs. Over 150 services are offered through six main service areas:

room on any given day, you might see a teenager who is waiting for her sibling to ride the bus together after an appointment, a grandmother filling out paperwork to receive free home-delivered meals, and a middle-aged man waiting to meet with a bilingual career coach to update his resume.

The breadth and depth of

what we provide at JFS is unrivaled.

Here you can find therapeutic yoga as part of cancer support services, employment resources for veterans, play therapy and diagnostic testing for children with special needs, and services for Holocaust survivors all under one roof. Many clients utilize multiple

services

because

few

challenges exist in isolation.

Our youngest client is 2 years old and oldest client is 105 years old. We are here to help at all life stages.

Nationally Recognized Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas is diligent in maintaining a system for ongoing quality improvement—including client feedback, community input, and quantification of the outcome of our work. Jewish Family Service is one of only six Dallas-Fort Worth agencies accredited by the Council on Accreditation and the only agency accredited for all service areas. We continually meet the highest standards of practice in areas including governance, fiscal management, human resources management, and quality improvement.

Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas has earned our seventh consecutive 4-star rating. This is the highest possible rating and indicates that our agency adheres to sector best practices and that we execute our mission in a financially efficient way. Attaining a 4-star rating verifies that JFS exceeds industry standards and outperforms most charities in our area of work. Only 6% of charities evaluated have received at least 6 consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas outperforms most other charities in America.
