Increasing access is a critical element in meeting the mission of JFS, as it is important for clients who reach out to us to be able to access services when needed. Key aspects of achieving improvements in service delivery include addressing the agency’s physical infrastructure by building an optimal space coupled with increasing staffing and modernizing technology systems. Key Objectives: • Develop a capacity and building plan to expand access to all service offerings. The capacity plan will include staffing, furniture, fixtures, and equipment needs 3
