BUSINESS & PROFESSIONALS CABINET (B&P)
B&P brings Jewish professionals together through special occupation-specific gatherings, including the Annual Real Estate and Judicial Reception events and at mixed events, including power networking and skill-building breakfasts, lunches, and Happy Hours held at a variety of locations throughout Broward County.
WOMEN’S EXECUTIVE CIRCLE (WEC)
This program is for professional, corporate, and entrepreneurial women working full-time or with ten years of full-time work experience. WEC members focus on helping one another network and developing businesses to give back to the community. WEC often partners with YLD and B&P to host events and offer mentorship opportunities.
HORIZONS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM & YOUNG LEADERSHIP DIVISION (YLD)
The Horizons Leadership Program is a 10-class program focusing on team building, leadership training, and problem-solving, and teaches participants ages 22–40 about the role of the Jewish Federation and its leaders in the community, as well as the challenges facing Jewish communities locally and abroad. Upon graduating, participants can advance to be part of the YLD Board and other committees of the Federation.
Meanwhile, the Young Leadership Division (YLD) offers a variety of social, educational, and mitzvah activities organized each month.
IMPACT TEAMS
Impact Teams are one of the most meaningful ways to contribute your leadership and expertise to make a positive impact on our community. The Federation has five impact teams, each focused on a specific area of interest. Each impact team meets on a regular basis to consider community needs, solicit and review proposals from agencies and organizations to meet the needs, make funding recommendations to our board of directors, and help bring attention to critical issues related to their focus area.
