Respect and Integrity

To ensure a happy work environment, it is essential to have motivated, encouraged and supported staff. Good communication between staff members is critical and all staff should respect each other’s opinions. It is expected that our staff members will perform their duties with professionalism and integrity, to effectively and efficiently serve our customers.

The definition of Integrity is to follow your moral or ethical convictions, and to do the right thing in all circumstances, even if no one is watching you. Good integrity includes treating customers and work colleagues with respect. Don’t let your teammates "take the fall". Work together as a team.

Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility!

• Only operate a forklift if you have the appropriate licence and are trained to do so!

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

You must wear PPE as instructed by your Line Manager or when it is a standard work procedure. The correct use, storage and cleaning of PPE will be provided and documented during induction training. If you have any problems using the PPE let your Line Manager know and they will be able to show you the correct method.

You are responsible for your own PPE. If you notice any wear and tear, inform your Line Manager so replacement can be arranged.
