Hands On Training
Apprentices will have on the job training with LIFT/Republic licensed maintenance technicians. They’ll also benefit from small class sizes with one on one instruction and will be prepped for their A&P FAA testing.
Advanced Technology
Working with state of the art tools and technology, apprentices will train nose to tail on our LIFT Diamond single and twin engine DA40 and DA42 aircraft, as well as Republic’s fleet of Embraer 170/175 jets.
Earn While You Learn
The LIFT aviation maintenance technician program is a paid apprenticeship, so participants are able to earn while they learn the latest in aviation maintenance technology. Health benefits are also part of the program. High school graduates who are mechanically inclined may find this the perfect opportunity.
