the sole purpose that you (the reader) get a chance to read about our interests, thoughts, phobias, and a lot more. A lot of time and hard work was applied for this magazine to look the way it is. Have you ever wondered what types of bread there are around the world? Have you ever wondered if waffles are bread? Have you ever wondered if you're pronouncing bread names correctly? Probably not, but you probably are now! Well wonder no longer.

FRENCHBREADS Here are some examples of the most eaten/famous breads that originated from France!!! -

Baguette - A baguette is a long and narrow type of bread that is made primarily of flour and yeast. Croissant - Croissants are buttery and flaky bread made in crescents shapes. Ficelle - Ficelles means string and this kind of bread is longer and skinnier than most and is sprinkled with cheese and sesame seeds.

ITALIANBREADS Here are some examples of breads that originated from Italy because we all love some Italian bread!!! -

Pizza - You can't talk about Italian breads and not write about pizza!! I mean it?s kind of the bomb.com. Cecina - Cecina is kind of a pizza like flatbread and is made from chickpea flour. Grissini - Grissini Bread kind of looks like a rope it is a irregular, twisty and thin bread, usually served with butter and or prosciutto.

ENGLISHBREADS If you ever go to England, here are some breads you probably won?t see a lot but they look and sound really good...? . -

Bara brith - Bara Brith is a yeast bread usually added along with dry fruit or self raising flour (also try to say it 10x fast). Dripping cakes - Dripping cakes are a type of quick breads and it is made out of traditional bread with dripping, flour, spices, and more. Farl - Farl is a quadrant shaped flatbread and is usually served by cutting it into four pieces made with potato and soda farls.

Fact : every man needs around 56(low) and 90(high). Every woman 46(low) and 75(high) grams of protein a day. This is assuming that you are an average/healthy weight. Protein is very important for our body to grow and rebuild. This may seem like much but it is only around 20 to 30% of your total consumption for the day. For vegetarians it is just as easy to reach this goal. There are many foods that are high in protein and there are foods with protein added to them. Food that are high in protein - nuts(ex. Almonds and peanuts) - vegetables(ex. Broccoli and spinach) - grains(oats and buckwheat)There are foods like veggie burger that are also high in protein. Fact : Yes it is. It is a highly argued that fish isn?t a meat. It is a meat because it is an animal and is almost nothing but muscle. There is a diet though were they do eat fish and other items like crustaceans. This is called pescatarian. This diet does have it?s benefits because you don?t have to worry about iron and protein getting into your diet. I have not personally tried this diet but I do believe that this diet isn't for me, but it does work for many people and they love it.

Two surfers, Alex Sch u lze and An dr ew Cooper , went surfing one day, only to find overwhelming amounts of plastic drifting in the water. I don?t blame them, I would be surprised as well. Moved by this dilemma, they both came up with the idea for 4Ocean Bracelets. Soon after the idea came to life, the program grew in numbers, having over 150 volunteers and employees.

To start, 4Ocean volunteers and staff go out five days a week to pick up the respective amount of trash that they need, taking it to a recycling center, with some even going into the bracelets. 4Ocean bracelets are little beaded bracelets that are created to those who buy them, symbolizing one pound of trash that is taken out of the ocean. Wearing your bracelet means that you helped contribute and support the 4Ocean movement with me included! I?ve just recently purchase a 4Ocean bracelet and I have to say, it will make everyone jealous, so do yourself a favor and go buy one already!

Jobs 4Teens By Dakot a and Kaden

Many teenagers want to support themselves or their families by getting a job. However, not too many know what jobs are available for them at their age. Some think that they have to be an adult to get a job, however this is not true. Here is a list of 7 different jobs that YOU can get as a teenager.

M cDon ald's At McDonald's you can do anything from being a cashier to working in the kitchen. Although many believe that McDonald's is the lowest place on the work chain, it can be a good place to start working as a teen. Almost every city has a McDonald's, so finding a job here should be easy to find. A crew member makes an average $9 an hour.

Su bw ay Subway is where the next latest and greatest sandwich makers are trained. The jobs provided there include making the sandwich and being a cashier. Subway pays a little more than minimum wage, $7.85, for most jobs.

Old Navy Old Navy, where you can get flip-flops for $1 for one day a year. Jobs that you can do at Old Navy include the stocker (stock items in the store), and a cashier. Old Navy is willing to pay workers $8-10 an hour.

Hy-Vee Hy-Vee is a great place to work and interact with others. Jobs at Hy-Vee include cook and cashier. Working at Hy-Vee gets you an average pay of $9-10 an hour.

Texas Roadh ou se Although, we aren?t in Texas and this place is hardly a roadhouse, this would be a great job for anyone who enjoys interacting with other people. Positions in this job that you can get, is both being a dishwasher or a waiter/waitress. Some other positions include being a server (they serve the food to customers), a host (take people to their table), cook (cooks the food), or baker (they bake the bread). Texas Roadhouse pays $8.50-14.00 for different jobs.

Fall Out Boy is an alter native rock band I am yet to see live. All together, they?ve released over 20 albums if you include the live ver sions of albums that were released. They have been releasing music to the public since M ay 6th, 2003. 'FOB' are signed to the same recor d label, Fueled By Ramen, as the two bands mentioned before. They star ted their fir st few albums off as a ver y pop-punk sound, and evolved to a more pop sound for some of their more recent albums. Not completely leaving their roots though, for there are usually a few more punk sounding songs on each recor d. They took a break for about three year s, which the fans are called a hiatus. L uckily they came back and provided new music to the hopeful fans, and haven?t been on hiatus since then.

Black Veil Br ides, also known as ? BVB, ? is a screamo band that recently toured for their newest album, Vale, in 2018. I was lucky enough to attend a concer t on this tour in Januar y. M y fr iends and I also had the oppor tunity to meet the entire band because we had VI P passes that we?d gotten for Chr istmas. Black Veil Br ides fir st for med their band in 2006 and star ted to gain fame by going on the Vans Warped Tour. Their popular ity has stuck around ever since, and their fan base is still quite active. So far, they have released eight albums not including live albums.

Twenty One Pilots is a group that is a little different than any other s mentioned so far. M any say they have changed rock histor y with their unique sound. Their style is a unique mixture of Alter native Rock, Alter native Rap, Pop Rock, Electro Pop, and more. They really created their own sound, and that is why they are har d to categor ize. ? TĂ&#x2DC;P ? gained massive popular ity after their most recent album, Blur r yface, was released. They are cur rently on what fans are calling a Hiatus, and announced their break almost a year ago now. I have met a lot of fr iends because of our shared enj oyment of Twenty One Pilots.

Panic! At The Disco is a pop-punk band for med in 2004. Their fir st studio album was called A fever you can?t sweat out, and at the time the style of it was way different than anything yet. They have so far released five studio albums, not including live albums. ( M y per sonal favor ite album is Vices and Vir tues because it still had a lot of what made ?Fever ?special, but at the same time focusses a little more on instr umentals. ) Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy signed them before Fueled by Ramen. Recently, I got the oppor tunity to see Panic! live; I t was a pop up show because they will release a new album, Pr ay For The Wicked, on June 22nd, 2018, and this was to kick star t the big tour they?ll be doing this summer. This is a question that many people would very easily argue against. Based on their rookie stats, we have picked our top 5 choices: Ben Simmons (76ers), Donovan Mitchell (Jazz), Jayson Tatum (Celtics), Lonzo Ball (Lakers), or Markelle Fultz (76ers). Ben Simmons Did you know that Ben Simmons is the 3rd youngest player in the NBA to score a triple-double in a playoff game (behind Magic Johnson and Lebron James)? And he?s almost averaging a triple-double also. Averaging 15.8 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 8.2 assists, Ben Simmons is just tearing it up on the court. Some might say that he is even the reason that the 76ers are in the playoffs. Simmons was the 1st pick of the whole 2016 draft. However, he got injured before playing any season games. So, the 2017-2018 season is technically his first rookie season. He was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers as a 1st round, 1st draft pick. He was drafted from LSU (Louisiana State University). And now, he?s competing against some of the best in the NBA.

Jayson Tatum Did you know that Jayson Tatum?s father, Justin Tatum, played professional basketball, as well, overseas? And Jayson Tatum?s kept that streak alive by being drafted by the Celtics in 2017. He was a 1st round pick but was picked 3rd overall in the draft. Tatum went to Duke University in college for 1 year and was drafted in the NBA at only age 19. And during his first NBA career regular season, he averaged 13.9 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.6 assists as well as 1.8 steals. Tatum leads the Celtics in most steals as of the 2017-18 season also (as of the players that are healthy). Although not as many as some other rookies, Jayson Tatum has set a record as well. He made the most 3 pointers as a rookie for the Celtics. He might not be scoring as much as some other rookies or players, but he for sure finds other ways to contribute to his team.

He came into the NBA a little overrated but proved to everyone that he isn?t by coming pretty close to averaging a triple-double. Lonzo Ball came into college with almost everyone knowing his name. One reason was because of his ?Ball in the Family Show?. There are 2 seasons with over 20 episodes in each. He came into the NBA with lots of drama, with his mom having a stroke and his brother almost getting arrested. He has proved that he can do more than what people thought of him by being a star on the court and leading his team.

Rumor s tend to float around about how the FBI can watch us through the computer, or that your Amazon Alexa is listening. While The gover nment does own and oper ates 80% of the inter net today, there are policies in place to keep the pr ivacy of the people.

The FCC ( Feder al Communications Commission ) is a gover nment sanctioned oper ation that deter mines how much control the United States Gover nment has over the inter net. Accor ding to the U.S.A Freedom Act of 2015 the gover nment has a severely limited access to the peoples recor ds and details via the inter net. The FCC is in place to continue this thought process and protect the r ights of Amer ican Citizens.

The r ight of pr ivacy dates back to the Bill of Rights and will hopefully be protected in future decisions.

Foreign Relations Recently President Donald Tr ump has shown interest towar d an inter view with the cur rent leader of Nor th K orea K im Jong-un. This is not the fir st time a communicative, fr iendly solution has been provided by a president, however, this is the fir st time Nor th K orea has responded to it. From what we can tell President Tr ump's plan is to convince Nor th K orea to disbanded its Nuclear Weapons progr am, which in the eyes of the U.S, is illegal. The question is: what will this cause?
