Patrons can use treadmills, spin bikes, ellipticals or rowing machines to test their cardio endurance and to complete this challenge. Each patron is to make sure a staff member records their time and distance.

Prizes will be given to the person with the longest distance on each piece of equipment at the end of the month.

BENCH PRESS COMPETITION Jan. 2-31 • Mon., Wed. and Fri. • 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Patrons are invited to come out to see who can bench the most weight. There will be categories for men and women but no weight class. Each patron is to make sure a staff member verifies the weight benched. The man and woman who bench the most weight will be awarded a prize at the end of the month.

TIRE FLIP COMPETITION Feb. 2-28 Mon.-Fri. • 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Patrons are invited to try and flip the tire as many times as they can in a two-minute time frame. There will be categories for men and women. Patrons need to make sure that a staff member is available to verify the amount of tire flips within

the two-minute time frame. The man and woman who completes the most flips will be awarded a prize at the end of the month.

CIRCUIT TRAINING Feb. 2-28 • Mon.-Fri. 6-8 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This free circuit training will run for a duration of two hours in the morning or afternoon. This circuit is designed to increase cardio endurance and core strength.

Compete in our strength challenge featuring bench press, deadlift and squat! Participants will compete in male (1,000 lbs) and female (500 lbs) categories.

Prizes will be awarded for the highest total combined lifts and top Wilks scores in each division. Come test your limits and see how heavy you can lift!

BRAGGING RIGHTS CHALLENGE BOARD Year-Round Normal operating hours Everyone is welcome to compete against present and former patrons to make it on the METC Challenge Board. All you must do is pick up your "New Year Program" tracking card from our fitness team and start your 70-mile run/walk, 24 group aerobic classes and 36-mile bike ride. Participants will receive a t-shirt once they complete the required activities and distances. This event is at The Rambler Fitness Center.

VALENTINE DAY 5K RUN/BIKE/RUN Feb. 14 • 8 a.m.

Come out to Heritage Park with your valentine, your friend or just a partner. Push your limits by running a 5K, biking 10 miles and running 1.5 miles.

100-TON CLUB Feb. 17 Normal operating hours This 100-Ton Club consists of members who have lifted 100 tons or more in one day. Patrons may use any free weight or plate loaded machine to achieve this goal. Pick up your logbook at the front desk to track your weights throughout the day.

Once completed turn in your logbook to the front desk.

THE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (PDP) This program offers golfers the following benefits in consideration for a recurring monthly fee of $75.

Range practice access with one large bucket of balls in designated PDP area seven days a week. Some restrictions apply. $28 fee (twilight rate with cart) required when playing during specified PDP access times. Begins at noon daily.

Four-day advanced tee time reservations.

10% off Pro Shop merchandise.

Two free clinics per month (first and third Saturday of the month).

Player Development Program Policies: All PDP members are required to check in with the Pro Shop prior to use of the practice facilities and prior to playing golf. Check-in allowed no more than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tee time.

The range is closed from 8 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays for maintenance.

Dress code (golf attire) will be enforced for the practice area and the golf course.

No outside food and beverage including alcohol allowed onto the premises.

The Player Development Program benefits, access times or rates may be changed or terminated by the Club at any time with a 30-day notice.

RESALE LOT Are you interested in selling a vehicle? To place a vehicle on the Resale Lot, patrons must have proof of insurance, registration and the vehicle must be in their name. Call any JBSA ODR for more information about pricing.

RV STORAGE The cost is $60 per month and $600 per year. Current vehicle registration and insurance are required.

RV PARK The RV Park has 74 full hookup RV pull-through sites with water, sewage and electricity. There are also two shower facilities and two laundry facilities for the customer’s convenience. All sites are 30/50 amp. Every site has a patio with a picnic table and 69 sites have a grill. There is a maximum stay limit of 30 days and reservations are taken up to 90 days in advance.

The rates are $30 per day, $180 per week and $650 per month.

The cost for sponsored visitors is $35 per day. The RV Park Office is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Mon.-Fri. and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sat.-Sun. with limited services. The Park Office is closed on holidays. For more information, call (210) 221-5502.

TRAIL RIDES Saturdays and Sundays Weekend trail rides are available for patrons seven and older for $30. All riders must arrive

30 minutes prior to their appointment time. Adults must accompany children younger than age 13. Riders must be at least 4 feet, 6 inches tall and weigh no more than 200 pounds. If you would like to set up a weekday trail ride, the cost is $40. Group rides and team-building rides are also available. Trail rides are by appointment only and no experience is required. Call to make a reservation.

RIDING LESSONS

By Appointment Only The Equestrian Center offers horseback riding lessons for all levels of riders in both English/ Western-style. Horses, saddles and tack for lessons will be provided. Patrons must be at least 7 years old. The price is $60 per hour for a private lesson, $50 for semi-private and $40 for group lessons. Ask about our package deals!

PONY RIDES AND PARTIES Pony rides are available for children that do not meet trail ride requirements. The rides are first-come, first-serve between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and by appointment only during the week. A covered deck with tables is available for parties for $50 a half day.

HORSE BOARDING The Equestrian Center has paddocks for boarding your horse, a covered arena, two outdoor rings, a round pen, wash racks, a hot-walker and many more amenities, so call us for more information. Active-duty military personnel have priority.

The archery range has targets ranging from 10 to 60 yards at 10-yard intervals. The targets at the range are crossbow rated.

A daily pass is $5. A DoD ID cardholder can sponsor up to two non-DoD ID cardholders for $5 per person. The range at Camp Bullis is 100% ID check. All guests must report to ODR and present a DoD ID card. Guests must be in the same vehicle as the sponsor.

Classes are held at Camp Bullis ODR. Students must be 21 to register for the class unless they are active-duty military.
