The steel structure and wall and roof elements are delivered to the building site prefabricated and to size, where our specialised employees can assemble the elements surprisingly quickly into a complete building. An extra advantage is that we can work under virtually all weather conditions.

If you opt for new build, you would obviously like the business premises to match your wishes. It should be a building in which you can work pleasantly and efficiently.

WHAT IS SYSTEM BUILDING? The meaning is implied in the term: building to a system. This is sometimes also called 'concept-based building'. Our method can best be described as ‘bespoke solutions based on standard modules’. Every project is constructed from prefabricated building elements such as floors, walls and roofs, enabling us to work very efficiently.

Prefabricated means that materials are processed into elements under controlled conditions in a factory and then transported to the building site where they are assembled into a complete building.

Remco Ruimtebouw has mastered this process to perfection. Our many years of experience have taught us to know exactly which bottlenecks may occur and prevent us facing last-minute surprises.

This method requires careful planning and accurate dimensioning during the preparatory phase, since everything needs to be prepared and checked down to the last detail to prevent any costly and time-consuming modifications during the implementation.

Would you like turnkey completion of your new build premises? Then you’ve come to the right address at Remco Ruimtebouw. We take care of all building aspects for you, including such matters as design, engineering, planning application, permits, building and interior and exterior finish of the premises, technical installations, paving, fences, gates, etc. And what is really convenient is that you only have to deal with one contact for your entire new build project.

Our service does not stop at the moment of completion of the building. When the maintenance term of your new premises has elapsed, our sister company ServicebouwPlus is your contact for maintenance, refurbishment and rebuilding.

BUILDING IN THE NETHERLANDS Remco Ruimtebouw is happy to help you seek the best solutions for realising your new build premises. Our employees have many years of experience and can give you bespoke advice to ensure that the entire surface of your new business premises will be put to optimum use.

Step 4: Final design / building application As soon as the contract has been signed, we will make all the preparations required in order to file for the planning permit, nowadays called the All-in-one Permit for Physical Aspects (omgevingsvergunning) in the Netherlands.

Step 5: The actual building stage As soon as the planning application has been approved, we start preparing the building site and do the excavation work.

Step 1: Intake meeting During our first meeting, we take stock of your requirements, wishes and expectations and we try to look at things from your perspective in order to achieve an optimum new building.

Step 2: Investment budget We draw up an investment estimate and discuss with you whether this matches your budget and what alternatives are possible.

Step 6: Turnkey completion And upon completion you just insert the key into the lock to have your operations up and running in your beautiful new business premises in no time.

Step 7: Maintenance, refurbishment and renovation We are also ready for you if you wish to expand, rebuild, refurnish or renovate your premises. We do some of this work together with our sister company ServicebouwPlus.

Step 3: Preliminary design We compare your requirements, wishes and expectations to the requirements of the municipal and other authorities. After this, we produce a preliminary design and quotation for your specific project.

INTERNATIONAL BUILDING PROJECTS For international building projects, Remco Ruimtebouw takes care of engineering, production, transport and assembly. There is always at least one experienced Remco Ruimtebouw supervisor on site during the assembly period. We build international projects together with local workers. This is both a source of income for the local people involved, and it gives them a lot of experience that they can use in their future careers.

Step 2: Preliminary design, quotation and technical description Our quotation is accompanied by a preliminary design and a technical description.

Step 3: Agreement / Project preparation / Technical work preparation As soon as we have come to agreement, we start the final design and the structural drawings and calculations. Upon your approval, we can start the technical work preparation and we can also start producing the materials needed.

Step 4: Transport The ready materials are then loaded into sea containers. Remco Ruimtebouw takes care of all the export documents required and can also arrange the transport if required.

Step 5: On site installation And when the building materials have arrived, our Remco Ruimtebouw supervisor will start assembling your business premises together with local workers.
