JADE DRESSLER WAS BORN A STYLE STRATEGIST.

Third grade. Jade proudly pulled off her plan to wear her PJ’s to school, pairing her new, ice-­‐blue, pris<ne Swiss dot PJ top with a neat, grey-­‐wool pleated skirt. Age 12, going toe-­‐to toe with her style icons, Andy Warhol and Vogue’s Diana Vreeland, she commissioned other designers (aka her aunt) to s<tch up needlepoint pillows for her bedroom décor with images of iconic red soup cans on lime green backgrounds. At age 16, she won a na<onal contest awarded by Levi’s for denim designs and was a valued “assistant buyer” accompanying her father to New York City apparel showrooms detailing for the family-­‐owned clothing stores. JADE DOES LIFE, and LIFESTYLE BRANDING BOOTCAMP. With a full-­‐year talent scholarship to Moore College of Art, Jade majored in fashion illustra<on, spending summers in Europe taking decora<ve arts, design, pain<ng and architecture Masters courses with Parsons Paris, Musee des Arts Décora:fs and Villanova University in Siena, Italy. Back in America, with her BFA, Macy’s and Jean Louis David Salons recruited Jade to style their windows. At Macy’s, Jade also directed style for all fashion floors, and then as Visual Merchandising Store Director, she led renova<ons at the largest stores and designed prototype shops for major brands and notably for the launch of Macy’s private labels, such as Charter Club and Silk Studio, which then rolled out company wide. Designs and styling for innova<ve branded lifestyle environments for soX and hard goods categories, including beauty and housewares, in addi<on to fashion, were well received at corporate and with the public. JADE CREATES A COUTURE ACCESSORY COLLECTION SOLD INTERNATIONALLY. Jade’s couture jewelry and accessories collec<on, with reps in NYC, Paris and Miami, was picked up at retail by Saks FiDh Avenue and Henri Bendels in New York, Joyce Hong Kong, and Fred Segal in LA; featured in Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, W and WWD, and was worn by legends such as Cher, Iman, and Naomi Campbell on runways, stages and in music videos. Design commission clients included Aveda, The New Museum, and collabora<ons to design with legendary designers, themselves, Bill Blass, Mary McFadden and Oscar de la Renta.

JADE IS A FASHION, MUSIC CREATIVE DIRECTOR AT CORPORATE. As Marke<ng and Crea<ve Director for fashion and music brands, Jade directed the design of adver<sing, clothing, product, collateral, six retail stores and the NY showroom headquarters for Blue Fish Clothing, one of the first organic clothing collec<ons, and Gemini, the interna<onal DJ and music lifestyle company, with offices in six countries. In these roles, Jade styled a wide range of superstars from glamorous Cher, to singer songwriters Nancy Griffith and Shawn Colvin, to underground hip-­‐hop DJ’s. She designed runway fashion shows and hundreds of catalog and video shoots, staged from Miami to Santa Fe to New Orleans to NYC. Highlights include a total renova<on of a Santa Fe historic home into a retail store; styling ads for Nordstroms; styling the president for a People magazine full page profile; and an Aid To Ar:sans project in Ghana with The Body Shop. For Gemini, highlights include a direc<ng a video with Warner Brothers and design of one of the first e-­‐commerce sites. JADE STYLES OYLMPIANS…DOCTORS…DESIGNERS…SOCIALITES…GURUS…DANDIES...MEDIA MOGULS. From par<es for P. Diddy, interna<onal debuts for Speedo, industry toasts for Sony Pictures Classics, to flowers and tabletop décor for Spike Lee’s 20th Anniversary overnight party for 900 on a cruise ship -­‐-­‐ Jade has designed en<re produc<ons. TV work has included styling gold-­‐medal Olympians, Park Avenue socialites, hip-­‐hop music experts, and psychologists appearing on ABC, ESPN, GMA and MSNBC and a green-­‐lit pilot for HGTV. In fashion, highlights include produc<on of a week-­‐long Paris Fashion Week video shoot featuring top designers, such as Karl Lagerfeld, to convincing the The Today Show to make the en<re show set into a beach based on a segment for Sunglass Hut. JADE DOES LIFESTYLE CLIENTS FROM NICHE TO MASS TO LUXURY. Jade has designed brand campaigns for American Express, Anne Cole Swim, Benjamin Moore, Design Within Reach, LenscraDers, Louis VuiXon, Speedo and the brands of LuxoYca from Bulgari, Chanel and Prada to Rayban. She has styled concepts, content and events for media clients such as Car & Driver, Food & Wine, Metropolitan Home, Metropolis, Twist and XXL magazines and entertainment clients such as Hearst, HGTV, Simon & Schuster, Sony Pictures Classics, The Sundance Channel, The Weather Channel, VH1 and Yahoo.

JADE ROADTRIPS: LUXURY LIFESTYLE AND TRAVEL CREATIVE DIRECTION. In strategizing for new luxury plaeorms and proper<es, such as CASTADIVA, the newest resort in Lake Como, Italy, in 100 years, Jade designs travel experiences for interna<onal media, industry and tastemakers to create lifestyle brand experiences. Most recently, through her Slow Luxury ini<a<ve, she paired emerging and heritage designers with media and tastemakers in the Scofsh Highlands in partnership with Tex:les Scotland, and moderated a roundtable conversa<on and presenta<on at the famous Gleneagles resort. JADE CREATIVE DIRECTS FOR ART + DESIGN BRANDS. Jade’s is a consultant to the New York School of Interior Design, and Daum and Haviland, the heritage art and tabletop brands from France. Jade is also writer on art, design and green for Metropolis magazine and designobserver.com. The launch of her Green Provocateur project came at the invita<on of the city of Milan, presented during the Salone and was covered by top media, such as GQ, Marie Claire, Il Giornale, Corriere della Sera, Metro News, la Repubblica and the all-­‐important design magazine, Interni. She was invited in 2011 to speak about the project at BOOMSPdesign, the interna<onal design conference in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on the roster with Karim Rashid and other interna<onal luminaries of design. In her spare <me, she has a habit of styling conceptual art interven<ons in far-­‐flung locales like Portal do Sul on 10,000 wild acres in Brazil or urban hubs of New York City and Milan. www.jadedressler.com
