Feedback Request SMART IVY FEED BACK REQUEST


Introduction To FeedBack Request for Smart Ivy 

Smart Ivy send emails to customers through their Amazon accounts two weeks after the customers have purchased the products

They sent a confirmation email to notify them and let them know that they have a one year warranty on the product and should they have any problem with the product- they can just let us know about it.

They mainly send emails to customers in hope of receiving better product reviews

This task is scheduled to be done every Friday


Log on to SellerCentral.Amazon.com 

Sellercentral.amazon.com

Username: intelligentvine3@gmail.com

Click on Manage Orders

• Click on Manage Orders


Amazon.com not Amazon.CA 

Make certain that you are in Amazon.com and not Amazon.ca

If you are in Amazon.ca, switch to Amazon. com

• Make sure the right country is highlighted


Advance Search to Correct the Dates

Click On Advanced Search

For future, please note that you can navigate this anyway you want…to find the selected customers… Anytime you need to find specific information, you can input the requested specific details to do this. REMEMBER THIS FOR THE FUTURE


Date back two weeks from This Friday

• Step 1-Click on the from date cell and go 3 weeks from today….so today if is the 31st…so 3 weeks from now is the 10th •

Step 3: Click on Search to find all the items within that time frame

Step 2- Select two weeks from today which is the 17th , if today is the 31st


Enumerated List 

A list of orders will be enumerated

Scroll all the way down so you can see 100 results per page, it will make it easier to copy and paste

You should now be able to see 100 results per page

Step 2: Click on go

Step 1: We scrolled all the way down and then selected to show 100 results per page


Copy and Paste on Excel Sheet 

Highlight all the results and copy and paste on an excel sheet 

After you have clicked on Go from the previous page…you should see up to 100 listings on one page

Then Control + A (Select All ), Control + C (Copy All)

Open an Excel sheet and then Control +V (Paste All)

You should see something like this followed by many more


Using the Excel Sheet

Most of the time the sku is our item no. but sometimes it is something else. At that time please use the description to find the item no. For future reference, SKU AC-P24M-OEKO is POS3045

Click on this link to contact the buyer Once you click on that link a new screen will pop out in your Chrome in which you can copy and paste your email


Example with a correct SKU no.

• The sku no. here is correct and you can easily find this template in the folders of emails


Pasting Email • You should have a folder with a list of all the pre-written emails on which you can copy and paste for the specific SKU • If for some reason- there is an order, and your folder does not have a templateyou should create an email by copying the structure of the other emails and I NEED TO APPROVE IT, before you can use it

• Copy and paste your email here for the specific SKU- Find this email in the list of templates of emails

Click on Order Information for subject


Email Template 

Your Email template will start with “Dear..” 

Make sure to put the person’s name in there

Make sure the link to the sku works correctly (just check this sometimes and make sure the item matches the link)

Copy and paste the above name which is Anne Hall

Customer’s Name


Send Email

• Send the email, and now do this for all the other items as well.


Finish the List 

You need to complete the list for all the items.

In this example, there were 86 items, so about 86 emails needs to be sent

DO NOT SEND EMAILS TO CUSTOMERS THAT HAS A REFUND APPLIED TO IT:

Do not email customers that has Refund Applied to it Skip this
