Overstock Penalties
Shipments have to go out in 48 hours from the order date
Overstock penalizes $5/day- after that
If there is a cancellation- Penalty is $20…so the inventory has to be correct- and we have to ship the item.
If the incorrect tracking no. is entered, there will be a $10 fee- so make sure to have the correct tracking no.
Logging in to Overstock
Go to SupplierOasis.com
Username: canaryproducts
Password: *Canary2000 (It is best to copy and paste this password)
When you log in- it shows you the alert screen and in this case- it is the open orders
Click on the orders
Click on the Retailer Order #
