This ambitious endeavour was executed flawlessly and delivered to perfection by Viola within a span of just three months.

2023 was yet another glorious year for Viola as she completed paintings for two big names from the hospitality industry in Goa - Hotel Golden Tulip, Candolim, and Club Tito's, Baga. She added her artistic touch to Golden Tulip, Candolim, with 300 magnificent paintings at the hotel that delight the eye of every visitor. Her canvas paintings adorn the reception area, the elegant lobby, the winding hallways, and the tranquil rooms of Golden Tulip, resonating with the spirit of the hotel and transforming it into an art-lovers paradise.

Founded by the talented Ms. Anam Khan, this home-based bakery has become a go-to place for cake enthusiasts, offering a diverse range of customized cakes and confections for various occasions.

Cakelust Goa is not just a bakery; it's a creative oasis where sugary dreams come to life. The bakery offers a wide variety of regular cakes, fondant cakes and wedding cakes, all of which can be customised in terms of flavour, size, and design to suit various occasions. It also offers different frosting options for cakes, such as fresh cream, buttercream, and chocolate frosting. For those who prefer something more portable, Cakelust Goa's jar cakes, which come in various flavours and layers in a jar, are a good choice. Till date, Cakelust has catered to nearly 300 clients from different parts of the world.

Looking ahead, Anam envisions expanding her enterprise by empowering other aspiring home bakers. Her goal is to create job opportunities for women seeking financial independence, fostering a community of passionate bakers. She dreams of establishing a full-time baking studio, where creativity knows no bounds.

Cutlets are always a good snacking option at parties. This festive season, try making these nourishing and ‘Oh, so delectable!’ looking

Healthy Pink Tofu Cutlets

(Each medium-sized cutlet contains 95 calories)

Ambadyache Sasav

Ambade (Hog plums) are cooked with freshly grated coconut, curry leaves mustard seeds and spices.
