A vibrant new space is taking shape: a mixed-use community center. Designed to be more than just a building, this center will be a hub of activity and connection. It will offer a unique blend of rection, institution,retail and co-working all under one roof, creating a dynamic environment where residents, businesses, and visitors can come together, connect, and thrive.
Located at the intersection of al kuwait road and shaikh zaied road the site is a dence area with an abundence of residential areas, it also interesects 2 major comunites (al karamaa & al mankool). with a high influx of people from diverse backgrounds we felt this area would be ideal for our project allowing use to connect two comunites and fosturing an enviroment of open diloag
CLIMATE STUDY
Arid desert climate with only two main seasons, winter and summer separated by two transitional periods, respectively. The winter season (December to March) has a
ranging from 16.4°C to 24°C.
