A vibrant new space is taking shape: a mixed-use community centre. Designed to be more than just a building, this centre will be a hub of activity and connection. It will offer a unique blend of recreation, institution,retail and co-working all under one roof, creating a dynamic environment where residents, businesses, and visitors can come together, connect, and thrive.
Site Area: 9500 sqm
Located at the intersection of al Kuwait road and sheikh zaied road the site is a dense area with an abundance of residential areas, it also intersects 2 major community (al karamaa & al mankool). with a high influx of people from diverse backgrounds we felt this area would be ideal for our project allowing use to connect two community and fostering an environment of open dialogue
Arid desert climate with only two main seasons, winter and summer separated by two transitional periods, respectively. The winter season (December to March) has a mean temperature ranging from 16.4°C to 24°C.
Located in central Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates. Mahattaa Fort was built by the Ruler of Sharjah in 1932 to afford protection for the passengers and staff of Imperial Airways. After it was transformed into Al Mahattaa Museum (opened in 2000). Over time various skyscrapers built around it is making it invisible to the public
2 major buildings hiding the building have recently been demolished revealing a new site connected to the museum, this project explores potential expansion to the museum while keeping the original structure intact.

A vibrant residential district nestled in the heart of the city, adjacent to key amenities like a mosque, shopping center, school, metro, and RTA bus station. This project seeks to establish an inclusive residential complex that welcomes individuals from all cultures and backgrounds. By providing amenities open to the entire community, we aim to foster a sense of belonging and connection. The site's landmark frame structure offers stunning views, further enhancing the appeal of this exceptional living experience.
