climate analysis
Climate: dry, arid most days tend to be hot with occasional rain however recent cloud seeding projects have increased rainfall in recent years Sun as at it peak in the South Winds: dry & dusty winds blowing from SW
Access: 1 big parking lot is located near the site with several smaller parking areas nearby the walking distance varies between 200m to 300m away from the site, nearest RTA is a 245m walk from the site

The site is rich in vegetation, with a variety of trees and shrubs. Some of the most common species include delonix, fig trees, trumpetbushes, date palm trees, silk plants, tropical almonds jacaranda,
orriorthents: Gravelly soils near mountains and wadis, limited for agriculture.
Torripsamments: Windblown sands, suitability for agriculture varies with terrain (best on low dunes and plains).
The site has a lot of human traffic as well as vehicular traffic this causes 2 main problem air pollution in the release of carbon gasses and noise pollution from the consistent honking in peak traffic hours
