Islamic Relief’s Qurbani / Udhiya Program The Qurbani / Udhiya program was one of the first programs started by Islamic Relief in 1986. It started with only 670 Qurbanis worldwide, and is now one of our largest annual programs with over 150,000 Qurbanis donated globally, benefitting over 3 million people.

Our offices organize everything in advance, buying high quality animals from local farms. On Eid, we ensure your sacrifice is done humanely and hygienically. Meat is then immediately distributed to the most needy, without waste.

Thank you for coming together across 13 cities in 5 provinces, as we hiked the scenic trails of Canada!

This celebratory initiative is helping provide aid through our Sadaqa Fund to over 675 individuals in need around the world!

This beautiful initiative was inspired by the challenging walk to Mount Arafat, bringing a little bit of the Hajj experience closer to home.

This initiative helped us provide emergency relief to an extra 1,080 individuals in Palestine.

Eid Gifts for Syria and Gaza With your support, we provided 5,450 Eid gift packs in the form of new toys and sweets to orphans and vulnerable children across Syria and Gaza.

This helped make Eid a little better for them and let them know that someone is thinking about them!

Eid Gifts for Canada You also helped us share the Eid celebration with vulnerable families in Canada too, whose Eids are quieter.

With your support, we delivered new toys, books and goodies to 594 children across the country from Vancouver to Quebec City.
