With the continued year on year increase in attendance at ISE, our Marketing and Sponsorship offerings have continually offered greater value for our sponsors. You may already be aware but our attendance this year was 34,870, up from 28,489 in 2010 (and 24,912 in 2009), and this represents a 22% increase on last year’s figure. This is the highest attendance achieved by any standalone AV tradeshow anywhere in the world, and we expect continued growth for ISE 2012.

To further enhance your presence at ISE 2012 we are again delighted to offer you a range of marketing and sponsorship options that are designed to offer you maximum exposure at the show. These are limited in availability and are offered initially to our previous year’s sponsors, and then on a “first come first served basis”. The opportunities available are as follows:

PUBLICATION: ‘RISE’ – The Official ISE Pre-Show Visitor Magazine Due to our ever growing attendance and demand for pre-show information we will now print over 40,000 copies of ‘RISE’, our full colour A4 Visitor magazine, but, and to satisfy our attendees thirst for pre-show information, we will also publish the same amount of a smaller follow up title called ‘RISE Plus’. Mailed distribution of ‘RISE’ will be the second week of December and ‘RISE Plus’ will be mid January to all previous attendees, anyone pre-registered that didn’t attend in 2011 and then a select group of targeted industry personnel.

The design and content of ‘RISE’ will remain very similar and will be a minimum of 52 pages in size. It will contain the Floor Plans, Conference Schedules, New Product Features and other useful show information. There are three ways to reach our attendees in this publication: • New Product Features We will again have a strong section of New Product Features with no more than four features per page. Presented as news items these are a great way to inform our attendees of your latest product developments. Each entry will incor porate one single image, a heading (of no more than 6 words) and up to 150 words of editorial.

Price: €895 – with a maximum of 2 per brand.

• Advertising Our page plan allows for a limited amount of pages of advertising that we can make available to our exhibitors as follows: Outside Back Cover - €4,495.

Inside Front Cover - €3,495.

Inside Back Cover - €2,995.

Double Page Spread - €4,995.

Opposite Editorial - €2,695.

• Floor Plan Sponsor There will be a double page spread showing an overview of our floor plan and we will place a banner advertisement across the base of this spread and also highlight your stand location. An exclusive opportunity to highlight your pre sence and location at the show.

Price: €2,495 – one only available at 40mm high x 420mm wide.

COPY DEADLINE: Wednesday 16th November. PUBLICATION: Mid Dec. Please note that in January we will publish ‘RISE Plus’ and this will be a 4 or 8 page follow up to ‘RISE’. The design will be similar to ‘RISE’ but the content will include last minute updates required by our attendees to maximise the efficiency of their visit to ISE. PUBLICATION: ISE Fold-Out Floor Plan With the show floor growing year on year we find that standard sized publications are simply too small to effectively show our Floor Plan. Therefore, and with our increase attendance, we will print over 30,000 copies of our floor plan that will fold-out from 1/3rd A4 size to A2 size. These will be inserted into our Visitor Bags that are handed out at registration, and will also be available separately at the show. There are two ways to have a presence in this publication:-

Main Sponsor An exclusive and highly visible opportunity during the show, your advertisement will be seen everywhere at the show as a constant reminder to all attendees… Package includes: • Full page 1/3rd A4 advertisement on the back cover of the Floor Plan • Your logo on the Floor Plan highlighting your location, and a highlighted exhibitor listing (see below) €8,000 (1 only available)

Your logo on the Floor Plan Highlighting Your Location and a Highlighted Exhibitor Listing With the increased size of the fold-out floor plan it allows us greater scope to highlight specific locations. We will place your logo on the floor plan and highlight your location accordingly so that all exhibitors can immediately see where you are located. Your name will also be in bold on the exhibitor listing on the reverse side, so you will be highlighted on both sides of the Floor plan. €795 per logo

SIGNAGE: Aisle Banners, Floor Stickers and Pop Ups The Aisle Banners are double sided, 1m wide x 3m high, and will be suspended from the Hall ceiling at key visual points around the show floor. The bottom 1m square will be used to help visitors navigate the show by showing the Hall number and aisle, whilst the top 1m wide x 2m high on both sides is available for your advertising message.

Aisle Banners - €995 each or 5 for €4,495 The Floor Stickers are diamond shaped, 1m x 1m in size, and will be located at key strategic positions and offer a clear and very visual branding opportunity on the show floor. On the top half we will have ISE branding and we will display the Hall and Aisle number, and on the bottom you can have your advertising message - a half diamond area, about 1.4m x 1m x 1m.

Floor Stickers: €695 each or 5 for €3,195 The Pop Ups are 1m wide x 2m high and are available to purchase in key locations around the show. Limited in their availability they will be placed in generic areas such as the cafes, walkways, lounge areas and at the entrance to the Halls.

SIGNAGE: Digital Signage Advertising on RAI Live!

In the tenancy area taken by ISE at the RAI has over 650 Digital Signage screens and many will be used for signposting and instruction. However over 250 will be used for our content, as well as exhibitor advertising. The screens are located at all key visual points on the show floor as well as catering areas, meeting rooms etc..., offering you maximum exposure to all attendees. We again expect that the uptake will be strong, therefore please ensure to book early. Pricing is as follows: • 1 x 15 second slot shown every 20 minutes during the show = €745 • 2 x 15 second slots shown every 20 minutes during the show = €1,345 • 3 x 15 second slots shown every 20 minutes during the show = €1,895 • 4 x 15 second slots shown every 20 minutes during the show = €2,395 NB. The above are only suggested packages, please note that by the nature of Digital Signage offerings we can easily tailor a package to suit with different length advertisements appearing at varying frequencies. TAILORED OPTION: Visitor Badges This is an exclusive opportunity to have your logo in full colour on the front of all our Visitor Badges (please note this excludes exhibitor badges). Your logo will be situated at the top of the Badge, next to the ISE logo and will be highly visible on every Visitor Badge through the duration of the show. TAILORED OPTION: Visitor Bags All attendees will be offered a show bag with our Fold-Out Floor Plan and other useful information already pre-packed into it. There is the option to sponsor these bags and to have your logo visible on both sides of the bag for the duration of the show on every stand, in every aisle, at every Café, and even in and around Amsterdam! Within the bags we offer limited opportunities to include a flyer or a small branded item. A great way to reach all our attendees… Options as follows:

Visitor Bag Sponsorship Your logo, printed in full colour, printed on both sides of 30,000 of the ISE canvas Visitor Bags. We will source and produce the bags and print your logo on all the bags. €17,000 (1 only available)

Insertion of a Single Item A flyer, a pen, a badge or even a packet of mints, you can purchase the right to have your branded item placed into a minimum of 5,000 of our 30,000 Visitor Bags. €295 / 1,000 bags – maximum of 5 different inserts in any one bag

Insertion of Branded Notepad Again, our minimum order will be for 5,000 bags, and only one note pad will be inserted into each bag. Please note you will need to meet the production costs of the notepads, and the size must be no greater than A5, with a maximum of 50 sheets. €325 / 1,000 notepads – maximum of 1 notepad in any one bag

TAILORED OPTION: ISE Internet Cafes ISE 2011 again saw us have two Internet Cafes, and they were certainly needed, in fact they were busy all day every day!

For ISE 2012 we will again have two Internet Cafes for our attendees to use free of charge, one in Hall 7 covering Halls 1-7, and the other in Hall 12 covering Halls 9-12. Each Internet Café sponsorship package includes the following: • Your name on the Internet Café name boards in the specified area • We will use your logo and make a personalized HTML start-up page on all terminals in the specified area • 2 x Literature racks with brochures. Please note no product can be displayed • 2 x Pop ups signs (1m wide x 2m high ), at each Café, one at each end of the computer stations • Your logo on the main Floor Plans, in the two Registration areas, identifying you as the sponsor of the Internet Café • Your logo on the ‘RISE’ floor plan identifying you as the sponsor of the Internet Café • Your logo on the Fold Out floor plan identifying you as the sponsor of the Internet Café • Your logo on the Show Guide floor plan identifying you as the sponsor of the Internet Café If there is anything else you feel might enhance the area i.e. Mouse mats, note pads, pens etc…, please discuss this with us and we will work with you to help increase your branding and also improve the Internet Café facilities. TAILORED OPTION: ISE Press Room All journalists (of which over 300 attended at ISE 2011) will have unlimited access to our Press Room where there is wireless internet, refreshments, exhibitor literature etc… It’s a quiet room located at the main entrance to Halls 1-7, for the members of the Press that allows them all the opportunity to send the very latest show reports to their specific media.

This exclusive package includes the following: • 4 x Pop ups signs (1m wide x 2m high ), one outside the entrance to the Press Room, one located in each Registration Area and one at the top of the escalators to/from Hall 12.

DiSCO CONFERENCE – SPONSOR OPTIONS The first ISE DiSCO Conference, a tailored development of our initial DOOH Conference, was held at ISE 2011 and was a tremendous success. With many high quality delegates and a comprehensive, and well received, education schedule the ISE DiSCO Conference has further enhanced the industry recognition of the strength of this event.

At ISE 2012 the DiSCO Conference will be a focused 1 day event held on Monday 30th January, and we again expect a highly targeted group of delegates from specific professions relevant to digital signage.
