Conceptualized in many different segments of construction projects, such as: residential, hospitality, retail stores and amenity spaces. Core competencies including projects in different phases of design and building construction. Extensive knowledge in related software programs (AutoCad, ScketchUp, InDesign) and BIM (Revit) . Similarly, working in a furniture manufacturer factory, Dermani Moveis, which provided me with a greater understanding of furniture design and development. My inner-personal and organizational skills supports the smooth management and completion of tasks.

The Balfour

Residential Building Lobby, 2022

Renovation project in Forest Hills, New York, for a residential building lobby. The space had the necessity to have a better solution in its acessability, security, storage and flow. The new layout includes a new reception desk and the, new exterior and interior ramps, reconfiguration of existing mail room and open sections. In this project I was involved with the the schematic design, design development and its finishes selection. I had the opportunity to participate on presentation meetings with the clients and site visits during the construction. The project was developed in Revit and renderings with Enscape.

Balade Restaurant, 2020

This was a project for a restaurant unit in New York City designed by Atal Design Group. In this project, I followed the previous design style that the company had done for other unities of this restaurant. With a very unique design, this restaurant had many custom items to be designed, such as: seatings, tables, counters, standers, shelves and lightings. For this project, I was mainly involved with the Millwork Package and Schedule. I detailed each dimension, components, finishes, material, connections and all the necessary information for a successfull development.

CHIRCHILL Deparment store, 2018

This two-story department store underwent a completely renovation and expansion into an adjacent space. The two-story department store housed different departments, such as: men and women’s section, kid’s area, shoes and accessories section. The new project featured a staircase to the mezzanine and a two-story facade as main objects to be developed. The store remained fully operational during its construction. As a result to this obstacle an intricate schedule was designed in order to orchestrate each project’s phase, minimizing the inconvenience to shoppers and supporting the company profit’s goals. This project was produced while I was working as an Junior Architect for ACDJR Architecture.

KADRI ODONTOLOGIA Dental Clinic, 2017

The concept of this project was to create a unique, comfortable and sophisticated identity for the clinic, where patients could have a pleasant experience when visiting the dentist. With a limited area of 484 sqft, it was a challenge to fit in the layout all the necessary rooms following specifics local rules to be an approved and legalized space as an authorized dental clinic. In this project I could participate trough all phases, from the test fit untill post ocupancy evaluation. This project was produced while I was working as Junior Architect for ACDJR Architecture.

Fast casual restaurant, 2017

This project was developed while interning for ACDJR Architecture, it was a restaurant unit located in a downtown area and the existing space was composed of a very compact area with a long floorplan format. The proposed layout should include seating areas, self-service circuit, cashiers, staff and it should successfully support the rush hours. My part in this project would be to check the existing complex area to develop the base floorplan and collaborating with a team to work on a pre-design layout to better suit all the needs of the project. Additionally, I assisted with creating the project identity, choosing finishes, color palette, developed 3D model and images for presentations.

RESICENCE D

Semester5 Project II 2,300sqft. / 213m2 2015

The project Resicence D was a three-story house, located in Curitiba, Brazil. The existing site is approximately 5,800 square feet containing two very relevant conditions, one is a grove in the back of the site that occupied almost half of the property and second is how steep the site is. The program of the project required to house a nuclear family of four. The first floor included services area (laundry, storage and a garage). The second and main floor included common areas (kitchen, dinning room, living room) and access to the outdoor area and the existinhg grove in the backyard. The open ceiling above the living room connected the first and second floor providing both story natural light and view of the grove and connecting visually both floors.

The Urban Spa is a social wellness club designed for the betterment of people who live in urban communities. Every human being yearns to find the balance between between body, mind and soul. In order to achieve this connection, it is essential that the body blend physical activity, balanced diet and contact with nature. However, the grind of city life ends up directly affecting people`s lives. Anxiety and stress occur when humans, regardless of age or sex,

discover that their rhythm is out of step with their desire for affection and quality time. The result of the intense routine can cause physical or mental health problems. Serious illnesses may appear suddenly, though most have been provided warnings for months through symptoms and malaise that they ignored.

The idea of this project is to create an Urban SPA in Curitiba, Brazil. This building aims to provide its visitors with a place for health and wellness that will guide them

through life’s stressors. Such flexibility is possible due to the location and styles of services provided. The Urban SPA thrives due to practicality and accessibility. The Urban SPA includes easy access for the public and treatments that look to improve the user’s life’s quality without requiring major changes in their routine.
