CHIRCHILL Deparment store, 2018

This two-story department store underwent a completely renovation and expansion into an adjacent space. The two-story department store housed different departments, such as: men and women’s section, kid’s area, shoes and accessories section. The new project featured a staircase to the mezzanine and a two-story facade as main objects to be developed. The store remained fully operational during its construction. As a result to this obstacle an intricate schedule was designed in order to orchestrate each project’s phase, minimizing the inconvenience to shoppers and supporting the company profit’s goals. This project was produced while I was working as an Junior Architect for ACDJR Architecture.

KADRI ODONTOLOGIA Dental Clinic, 2017

The concept of this project was to create a unique, comfortable and sophisticated identity for the clinic, where patients could have a pleasant experience when visiting the dentist. With a limited area of 484 sqft, it was a challenge to fit in the layout all the necessary rooms following specifics local rules to be an approved and legalized space as an authorized dental clinic. In this project I could participate trough all phases, from the test fit untill post ocupancy evaluation. This project was produced while I was working as Junior Architect for ACDJR Architecture.

Fast casual restaurant, 2017

This project was developed while interning for ACDJR Architecture, it was a restaurant unit located in a downtown area and the existing space was composed of a very compact area with a long floorplan format. The proposed layout should include seating areas, self-service circuit, cashiers, staff and it should successfully support the rush hours. My part in this project would be to check the existing complex area to develop the base floorplan and collaborating with a team to work on a pre-design layout to better suit all the needs of the project. Additionally, I assisted with creating the project identity, choosing finishes, color palette, developed 3D model and images for presentations.
