Residential Building Lobby, 2022

Renovation project in Forest Hills, New York, for a residential building lobby. The space had the necessity to have a better solution in its acessability, security, storage and flow. The new layout includes a new reception desk and the, new exterior and interior ramps, reconfiguration of existing mail room and open sections. In this project I was involved with the the schematic design, design development and its finishes selection. I had the opportunity to participate on presentation meetings with the clients and site visits during the construction. The project was developed in Revit and renderings with Enscape.

Balade Restaurant, 2020

This was a project for a restaurant unit in New York City designed by Atal Design Group. In this project, I followed the previous design style that the company had done for other unities of this restaurant. With a very unique design, this restaurant had many custom items to be designed, such as: seatings, tables, counters, standers, shelves and lightings. For this project, I was mainly involved with the Millwork Package and Schedule. I detailed each dimension, components, finishes, material, connections and all the necessary information for a successfull development.
