6. CONCLUSION In today's modern world, organizations take measures to establish their customers and increase the quality of their products. In this paper, we use the quality circle technique to improve the productivity and product quality of the organization. In this paper, we have studied several researchers' papers on how they have used the methods and types of quality circles and quality control systems in the organization and how the quality and productivity of the organization has been improved by using the quality circle technique.
