VISIT OF THE SWEDISH SJMF DELEGATION AT THE OMSG PREMISES Visita delegazione svedese SJMF alla OMSG n September 28th, in conjunction with the celebration of 50 years of activity, OMSG – Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio SpA, a manufacturer of automatic shot blasting and sand blasting equipment based in Villa Cortese (Milan), received a visit from a delegation of the SJMF - Svenska Järna-och Metallgjuteriers Förening, the Swedish National Association of Foundries. The delegation, composed of 25 people working in the foundry sector (30% ferrous steels and 70% non ferrous steels), was greeted with a speech by the OMSG’s local distributor, followed by a tour of the plant. During the day, they witnessed a few blasting tests on aluminium die-cast parts with a machine type CWB with a wire mesh conveyor belt. Several companies, which were already customers of OMSG in Sweden, could see the surprising results obtained with this modern, efficient and highly automated machine. o scorso 28 settembre, in concomitanza con le celebrazioni del 50° anno di attività, OMSG – Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio SpA di Villa Cortese (Milano) costruttrice di granigliatrici ed impianti di sabbiatura automatici, ha ricevuto la visita della delegazione SJMF Svenska Järn- och Metallgjuteriers Förening, Associazione Nazionale delle Fonderie Svedesi. La delegazione, composta da 25 persone appartenenti per un 30% al settore Acciai Ferrosi ed al 70% da Non ferrosi, è stata accolta con un’introduzione del distributore locale di OMSG ed è proseguita con una visita completa dell’azienda. Durante la giornata la delegazione ha assistito a test di granigliatura, con pezzi pressofusi in alluminio, su un impianto modello CWB a nastro in rete metallica. Diverse aziende, già clienti di OMSG in Svezia, hanno potuto verificare i sorprendenti risultati ottenuti con una macchina moderna, fortemente automatizzata e performante.
