The takeover has been done with the aim to grant continuity to the production and distribution of the established Flowlink technology, strengthening the business done by the company in over 50 years of operation in industrial material handling business. The today dimensions and the challenge in the global market, the continuous need of investments on research in order to reach more efficiency and competitiveness, strongly bring towards aggregation of qualified competences. It’s on this bases that the European group is moving, also with this new acquisition, that opens to very interesting technical and commercial synergies for the benefit of the many customers.
