Washing machine for bearing bracelets and for cylindrical parts The machine that Kittner Anlagen und Maschinenbau is exhibiting at parts2clean has been developed for the effective and quick cleaning of bearing bracelets. It is equipped with one zone for main washing and at the
outlet is mounted a blow off knife, for removing the major amount of water. A gear motor driven stainless steel conveyor belt transports the bracelets through the machine. Automatic water filling of the tank and manual
adding of the washing agent before starting the washing process. The water tank is equipped with a mesh drawer filter with hole size 1.5 mm, for catching the dirt. The machine is ready for the installation of an oil skimmer. ‹
