The working pressure is independent of the workpiece thickness and can be programmed electronically within the range of 0.01 mm for each working unit. Through the PLC touch screen it is possible to set the working parameters and store up to 250 programs. ‹

Deburring and Polishing in one step Costa Levigatrici will introduce the MB6 machine, which can process punched, laser-cut, plasma-cut and oxyde-cut pieces on both sides in one passage, thanks to the use of abrasive belts and top and bottom vertical brushes. It is possible to remove burrs, round edges and eliminate the oxide
from the cutting edge uniformly on any geometric shape in one passage. The directionality of the pieces inserted in the machine does not affect the homogeneity of processing. This new machine allows to polish aluminium, stainless steel, galvanized, PVC protected and aluminated parts.
