BARNYARD

"The Corral stands at the heart of the project, reflecting a vision of conscious, harmonious animal care. As a self-sufficient ecosystem, it embraces regenerative practices like rotational grazing, rainwater capture, composting, and solar power. The Root Farm

This boutique market features fresh, traceable products from The Corral and The Cultivo — including fruits, eggs, herbs, honey, cheeses, and meats, all thoughtfully packaged with sustainability in mind. “RAICES DEL AGAVE” BAR

Raíces del Agave is a craft distillery where mezcal and tequila are made from organically cultivated agave. Botanical cocktails, traditional fermentations, and ancestral methods combine with zero-waste principles. The experience features 'Tlachiquero Hour,' drink clarification, eco-friendly utensils, and milpa-inspired bites, honoring Mexico’s liquid heritage.
