Einfach drauf los animieren in der Werkstatt von Animationslegende Norman McLaren? Als Sidekick der fünf kanadischen Fokusprogramme steht den Gästen des Roten Salons während der Festivalwoche die „McLaren‘s Workshop App“ des National Film Board of Canada zur Verfügung. Auf fünf iPads können hier eigene Kurzanimationen in den Techniken des Altmeisters erstellt werden. Außerdem stehen 51 seiner Filme und elf Dokumentarfilme zur Verfügung.
Just enter animation legend Norman McLaren’s workshop and start animating? Playing sidekick to the five Canada focus programs is the National Film Board of Canada’s “McLaren’s Workshop App“. Available to guests in the Roter Salon during festival week on five iPads, the app will enable guests to use the master’s techniques to create original short animations. Also available will be 51 of his films and 11 documentaries.
