Global leaders in aviation and aerospace engineering; Airbus, engage the Cegos Group to support high impact learning experiences for a variety of demographics. Previously we have partnered with Airbus to run a ‘storytelling’ and ‘creation challenge’ for over 400 internal and external senior leaders at their annual leadership summit. By the end of the event all of the leaders had contributed to a book; Leadership in Focus, where the leaders shared their perspectives on the paradoxes of leadership.

For over a decade we have had the privilege of partnering with Savills to deliver bespoke leadership development programmes throughout the UK, APAC and Middle East. The top level programme focuses on the Directors, who join us for a 12 month pathway focused on equipping individuals with the skillset and the mindset to succeed. A blend of expert sessions (in person and virtual), plus some experiential challenges make the programme not only valuable but memorable too!

At Samsung we pioneered an experiential programme focused on empowering the organisation’s talent. The Reimagine Teams programme is multi-faceted with virtual workshops, co-coaching and peer to peer hub groups — designed to drive strategy, culture, performance and to transform the business.
Our Approach
We are truly collaborative in our approach and our design process illustrates how we will partner with you (as much or as little as you like) to identify the goals of the learning experience, incorporate your language and ways of working into the content plus deliver and evolve the offering to ensure it continues to add value every single time it is delivered.

Discover Develop Design Deploy
We get to know your team, leaders, and stakeholders a bit better. Getting feedback on what they want to see, defining metrics, and testing whether they like our ideas helps get buy-in from the start and ensures we’ve got content that works.
Time to get creative. Based on our conversations, we take what we uncovered in the Discover phase to build architectures for all assets. Then, we test and validate this with your team to get sign-off.
Next, we build. We flesh out the architectures to produce full workshop decks, agendas, and activities (in your branding if you wish). Consistent feedback loops keep the Lingaro team closely aligned for the best outcome.
After final content approval from the project stakeholders, we finalise the content, the materials, the facilitators, and the logistics. Feedback helps us iterate and evolve the offering to make sure it is always having impact.
